I absolutely loved my stay at Marica's Boutique Hotel in Paphos! The location was unbeatable – everything we needed was just a short 5–10 minute drive away, from great restaurants and cafes to the beach, shopping centre, and even the town itself. There was 24 hrs cafe/shops just 2mins walk. One of the biggest highlights was the breathtaking sunset view from the balcony – it made each evening feel so special and relaxing. The setting was peaceful, and the convenience of having everything close by made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Cyprus with comfort and easy access to everything!

The room felt a bit dated and would definitely benefit from some modern upgrades to match the beauty of the location. Also, having breakfast available on-site would have made the experience even better, especially for those slow, relaxing mornings. Overall, still a great stay – and with a few small improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

The room was very big. There were 2 of us but they gave us a room with two bedrooms where each of had 2 big beds that would have fitted 4 people (+ sofa bed). The kitchen had everything basic: stove, fridge, kettle, roaster, pan, pot, plates, mugs and cutlery. The only thing missing were spices such as salt and pepper and dishwashing liquid, but you could also wash the dishes with the shampoo bottle that the hotel had left for the guests.

Before visiting the hotel, we read that everyone was complaining about there being no warm water. Yes, there really was no warm water at all, but we wouldn't say it bothered us too much. Showering with cold water for a week is of course a bit uncomfortable, but since the hotel was cheaper than others, you have to take into account that not everything can be perfect.

The location was right by the beach and has a lovely natural trail to get there. The view from our room was beautiful and the staff was just lovely. Rezdar and Wisdom were so warm, welcoming & helpful. Wisdom ensured that we were happy and pleased with our room, and informed us we could be moved if we were not satisfied, he ensured the room was presentable before allowing us in. Rezdar, being so considerate of our religious dietary practices helped us in recommending a local vegan eatery and they helped us learn how to locate the bus to get there. They also helped us to schedule our ride to the airport early morning. They helped to make our short visit to Cyprus so enjoyable, memorable and easy.

The property was a bit outdated. The room was clean, but the bathrooms & kitchen were a bit run down. Nonetheless we were comfortable, the place was clean and we had a good nights rest. Great budget option. The staff really made up for the outdated facilities

Beautiful view, we had appartement with sea view and this was a great choice, pool perfect for kids - from 110 to 160cm height, enough size to swim. Quiet location, cosy hotel, bus stop and small shop nearby. 5 min by bus to sandy Coral Beach, 10 min to street with lots of restaurants and shops. No loud music and noisy tourists, we could swim in the evenings and see marveollous view of the sea and mountains.

There were some shortages in the room, like no bowls, small spoons, hangers. The hotel seems to need some basic refurbishment.On the other hand the location and sea view compensated all.

The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Great value for the money if you prefer a private room. The staff were all very nice, helpful and showed interest in their guests, which was very nice. I also got to practice some of my limited Greek. Breakfast is not included in the booking but it's only €5 extra for a full English breakfast, buffet style. You won't find such a good breakfast for that price anywhere else, so definitely don't skip out on breakfast if you have a choice!

There seemed to be limited hot water for all the guests as I only showered with hot water once and only for about a minute before it was gone. Maybe I was just very unlucky. Thankfully Cyprus "cold" water isn't that cold and refreshing after a hot day on the town.

The location was amazing, with sea and pool view. Accommodation had a refrigerator, electric oven, kettle, air conditioning.

There was an issue with the warm water. Staff informed about it that we needed to open all warm water taps in order to get the warm water. He said it can take from 5 minutes to 3 hours until warm water would appear. Unfortunately with open shower the bathroom floor sprinkled all with water and there was not enough towels to dry it up. It was quite cold during the night, and there were no extra warm blankets. Just a fine sheet to cover up and two fine plaids.

1. The staff was very helpful. When I let know the reception that the flush in the toilet didn't work, they arranged to fix it quickly. 2. The room was large and comfortable.

1. The location. Although the bus 615 to the city centre came every 20 minutes, the area close to the hotel didn't offer anything (e.g. a relaxed cafe to enjoy my breakfast or an area for night walk). 2. On Saturday 07/06, my neighbours talked very loud at 3 am (and this disturbed my sleep).

Our recent stay at Marica's Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable. On the opposite side of the hotel, we were enchanted by a beautiful flower garden nestled against the rocky mountainside, with vibrant, blossoming flowers adding a burst of color to the landscape. It was a breathtaking sight that perfectly complemented the tranquil atmosphere.The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to the supervisor, Mrs. Roulla, who made sure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Her dedication to ensuring guests' comfort really stood out and added a personal touch to the entire experience.The swimming pool was the perfect place to unwind, offering a cozy, serene environment where we spent many peaceful moments. Whether lounging poolside or taking a dip, it was the ideal spot to relax.Our room was exceptional – spacious, fully equipped, and with a large, luxurious bathroom that made our stay all the more comfortable. Every detail had been carefully considered to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall, Marica's Boutique Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. With breathtaking views, impeccable service, and luxurious accommodations, it’s the perfect escape for anyone seeking relaxation and beauty. We can't wait to return!

There's absolutely nothing I didn’t like during my stay. Every aspect of Marica's Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations, from the stunning views to the exceptional service. I genuinely can't think of anything that could have been better for the proce we paid!

We did not opt for breakfast however since we had a change in plan we asked if we could pay extra and it was only €5 for a full english breakfast with lots of options. The pool area was so quiet and peaceful as was the hotel in general. It could do with a few upgrades but for a 3-star hotel my expectations were not very high and we just needed a place to sleep so wasn't very bothered but was pleasantly surprised and especially the view from both the pool area and the room, and the sunset more than made up for what it lacks! Would definitely use it again as a base in Paphos.

First of all I really liked Marica's Hotel very much in every aspect. My studio was clean, house keeping is everyday. All staff was very friendly and extremely professional. But the best member of the staff is obviously Receptionist Manager, Mrs. Roulla very professional, friendly, helping guests everyday and the most important creating great and exceptional atmosphere in all Hotel. The view from the hotel is breath-taking. The hotel is clean, quiet and very safe. Some people are complaining about monotony of the breakfast......my question is: what do you eat for breakfast at your home??? The most important is that the price/quality ratio was very good . Personally , my dream is to return to Marica's Boutique Hotel.
