The staff was great starting the welcoming to the check out, the best thing is that you took into consideration our comments from last year visit and worked on it and this year everything was great and the good quality was perfect, thank you

The mini fridge wasnt performing correctly and the air conditioner wasn't cooling as we expected other than that the staff was helpful to sort these issues

This hotel was as expected. We liked how close the sea was. The staff was very nice, except for some reception staff who didn't feel as welcoming but they were respectful and attentive. The pool bar staff were great and friendly. No one in the hotel asked for tips. We also got a birthday cake for my friend gratis with an egyptian Happy Birthday song 😊 Food was good but rather repetitive.

Overall the holiday was very pleasant but we got ripped off by two sellers for the souvenir store at the premises (they swapped a vaze which we chose for a broken one and we realised only at home, when we untapped it) and the staff from a spa were rather annoying as they were constantly persuading people to come for a massage. We would appreciate a better choice of cocktails, but we managed 😁

Water Park

Everything was amazing. Chinese and Italian restaurant was great.Aqua park and water slides was perfect. Animation team was funny and friendly 🤣

Main restaurant was very crowded and not too much varieties of food but the taste was good. The resort don't offer bottle of water neither on beach nor at pools or aqua.only can drink from dispensers and everyday 2 bottles at room

Good diving center, fairly good spa center, big territory for walking with nice greco-Italian landscape. In general it is the best 5* hotel in Egypt that I’ve stayed so far. Here, it can be seen that they are trying.

No freshly squeezed juice and turkish coffee in both a-la-carte restaurants. Waiting for the bill at the Soma bar in the evening can take ages. No food available between 16:30 and 18:30. At breakfast only one and constantly breaking coffee machine, so there is a line to it of 10 people and much more choose to have breakfast without coffee. Almost no wi-fi internet in “shisha chill-out” at the beach. Dirty and oily tubes with shampoo and shower gel - all of them. Obviously not new - no foil seal at the opening. Not clean corners in the shower, possibly because of too old tiles that needs renovation.

perfect facilities, food and beach. aqua park was superb. good food varieties in the 5 different restaurants. nice activities and shows by the animation team by professionals. The bedouin arabian tent by the beach is a find really chilling. kids have a lot of activities and they take care of very fine details for kids as an example kids have a partition in the buffet so that they can serve to there selves and a nice kids table/ chairs setup.

Amazing services, and great location!! We recently visited Movenpick Soma Bay, and spent 4 days at this great resort!! From the very first minute we arrived, we noticed right away that it’s all about the service!! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our short visit is a memorable vacation. From the front desk, reserving the restaurants, room service, and housekeeping. Everyone was so amazing and their main focus is to please us. I don’t want to mention names and may forget someone, however and having said that, a very special thanks goes to Mr. Mina Guirguis that he was very fast in responding to my messages online even before our arrival to the resort. He made sure everything that we requested got fulfilled so quickly and to our satisfaction, and kept following up to make sure everything was working out for us. We were group of 5 adults and booked 2 rooms. All of us were so pleased with everything!! Also, Mr. Shady did an amazing job making sure our stay is comfortable!! Keep up the amazing work and great services. We love traveling a lot and we visit many countries and many resorts. This was our first time at Movenpick & Waterpark Soma Bay Egypt, but certainly won’t be the last visit!! We will be back for sure!! Thank you

The only thing could have been better is the music at the restaurants, it was sad tone music and not matching a fun place as this resort, other than that, everything else was beyond excellent!!

I'm very appreciate for good care abour guests for all hotel departments. Verybattentiveveach employees onevbybonevand all together. Absolutely gorgeous territory of hotel. Wellngroomed and flowers design very well organised. Beach is sandy very comfortable. Room type and clean. My housemen Jareem was very friendly and always gave me good emotions by making nice surprises at the room. Well I will use this opportunity to come here again for more long vacation. Recommended. 👍
