It was nice stay with smiling staff and beautiful sea and delicious food and even the variety is not much but all the food and snacks were delicious, many thanks to Mr Ahmed Yassin from the reception, he was so cooperative and helpful and polite (a real role model for Five stars receptionist) he give us beautiful room which made our vacation really nice ,also many thanks to Mr Abdelrahman from guest relations,he kept asking me daily if we need anything,also I would like to thank the lady responsible for the juice in the breakfast ,really we had the best juice in any hotel plus she was really generous with the kids

It would be better if we can find the sign of qibla in the room to make the prayer easier

I liked the hospitality and the staff is very friendly specially Mr. Akram the head chef, Mr. Abdelrehim in the font desk and Mr. Abdelrahman in the guest relations. Everything is close to each other no long walks needed, food was great…

We were in a family vacation for 7 days and 6 nights, our stay was very very nice, these are the things that we enjoyed: - Our suit was upgraded for free to a sea view suit - The Beach is fantastic, sandy beach and very suitable for kids - The Guest Relations is very helpful and helped us alot especially Mr. Abdelrahman and Ms. Malak - the hotel is very causy all is reachable - the Ala carte reaturants were very nice - Beach bar was very nice - All staff was very helpful and always happy to help us

- The resturant was always crowded, would be better to have more resturant place - the Food variety in the main resturant was some times not as exepected

The people from reception are friendly and make the best to make all what we need. The guest relation ( Mai & Malak ) care about us for our stay , ask us everydays if we need something. Mai book for us a la carte restaurant ( italian with mister Mongy is the best) In Italian restaurant with mister Mongy was spécial moment we choise to go again when we extended our stay in hotel I want to thanks all the personnal , if I can tell all of them Name I will do because they are all nice ( the woman in lobby bar who give us the sandwich in afternoon is very cute and nice ) House keeping very helpful The room was clean and bring us everydays water and Juice in mini bar) View was also not bad for garden i was have little part of sea view Room 1104 The only bad point it's the animation team , if we can call them like that ( exept chico he was good and the only one who speak with us )

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was conveniently close — the aqua park, the swimming pool, and the beach. The beach itself was sandy and beautiful, and the children had an amazing time. The restaurant service was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food that catered to all tastes. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at the swimming pool. They responded to all our requests promptly, worked tirelessly to make guests happy, and never hesitated to help. Their bright smiles made a big difference and added to the positive experience. Special thanks to Mostafa at the reception for his cooperation and support. He was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Amazing Stay Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The sea was crystal clear and simply breathtaking. The entertainment and animation team made every day fun and memorable – they were truly fantastic! The food was delicious, with a great variety, and the à la carte restaurant was a special highlight. We booked a family room, and it was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our needs. Our kids had a wonderful time and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. A special thanks to Malak for the warm hospitality and to Mongy and the entire staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again. We have really good time in Seven seas Jolie bay, From before my arrival with my daughter ( 1 year) i call to get bagno in Room, mister Abdelrahim give me all informations what i was need. When we arrive we was welcomed from one man and one woman Malak of guest relation very nice and friendly The following of our stay was with Mohamed from reception and Mai from guest relation she ask everydays if we are good and if we don't miss anythink, she make us feel very good Our check in was fast and we get good Room ( Abdelrahim ) The house kipping bring me all what I was need ( bagno , baby bed ...) We spend our first evening in Italian restaurant with mister Mongy and him nice team. ( we extended and go one more Time was perfect , compliment to the chef ) The turkish restaurant was good also but the service was quickly , no Time between the 3 parts ( starter ,food and dessert ) and it's not my style of food The main restaurant is good and varied. The staff in global is good and helpful and so friendly with my baby. Thanks for all of them for this nice Time with them. The more bad point is the animation team, they not give attention or information if your look is arabic and the animation are not super We have one animator open the contact ( Chico ,thank for him because he was so nice with my daughter) I ask the kids club if they have baby-sitting she don't have answer ( she say she is the manager and she was just worry because she think i want to give her my kids and she not give me any answer to my questions)
