The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and bars - and the restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well, definitely worth the visit. The room is spacious and they offered a courtesy bottle of water. The breakfast is simple but delicious, they offer a good selection of fresh fruits and breads, plus eggs prepared as you wish.

The rooms are a bit old, and could use some updating. My bed was a bit crooked and the mattress was already “sinking down”, so a full night lighting there was not super comfortable. The hotel street is quite noisy at night, so it was hard to get to sleep.

Good location, right beside the world famous Don Julio steakhouse, really great friendly helpful staff, simple but good breakfast.

We thought the bedroom wasn’t as nice as we expected, really basic actually, comfortable bed but the bedroom itself just doesn’t give that comfortable feeling. We were glad they gave us a back room away from the street noise but the balcony and view was an ugly lot and then a just an ugly wall, again, the hotel can’t control what the view is outside your room but this is just information on the rooms in the rear for people that want it. I do believe they should update the rooms and make them a little more current.

Loved the location of the hotel. Palermo SoHo is a wonderful area, tree lined smaller streets, wonderful restaurants and lots of them, and interesting stores. Very cool area

While the staff was very pleasant, they are young and don't quite know when to step in to provide assistance which would really bump up the level of service. The don't jump up to the plate when you ask them to make a restaurant reservation or offer to procure online tickets to museums, etc, when one indicates they are having a bit of difficulty on their own. Being a bit more attentive to what guests need and picking up on the subtleties would really provide great service.

Location is truly amazing, right next to amazing restaurants and bars in trendy Palermo Soho. Never had to take cab rides to go anywhere, since it is also walking distance to Plaza Italia subway station.

Our room had some appliances with issues: our refrigerator and safe weren’t working. Breakfast is also very simple, recommend looking for a nearby coffee shop for better options in the morning.

Everything was brilliant bar the gym and pool area. Gym felt a little unsafe. The leg press machine wires are literally hanging by a thread. Jacuzzi and pool could be improved alot. They both looked dirty.

The property right in the middle of Palermo neighborhood which I enjoyed very much. Lot of great restaurants, cafes within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
