The architecture, the rooms, the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the location, and definitely the staff who are very helpful, aware of everything, and attentive to the smallest details … everything is just perfect

My only concern is that the hotel is too expensive for everything to be charged for an extra fee … and the extra charges are not cheap … the water in the room is for a charge if you order it, the coffee capsules are for R$9 each, the breakfast is not included and it’s very pricy with an average of R$130++ per person

The location, the staff the food the decor the comfy bed the fact that it has a bathtub!!! A sauna !! A gym! Also the most incredible location you can walk straight into the sea It’s so bloody amazing Though I was solo travelling I felt like I was on my honeymoon This is gorgeous - if you like city vibe with a beach! Like., it’s not in the mountains It’s just incredible though and breathtaking view from the roof top

We went to rio to stay at Fasano hotel for 4 nights but after the first 2 we were so disappointed that we moved to Emiliano and it wa sthe best decision we made. The hotel is so niche, feels more exclusive, always quiet, clean and the staff are very attentive to you and all the details. From the second day they already knew how I like my drink, ou room was always impeccable, they made sure to make us feel special and you could see the same treatment towards everybody. The pool area is gorgeous, the gym is even more and we loved all the dishes we tried both at Emile restaurant and also at the rooftop.

The only thing I would mention is maybe renovating the bikes as they charge for them.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is unbeatable, and the view from the rooms is like a painting. Stunning! The facilities are great. You can get a very decent workout done at the gym with an amazing view plus, there are 2 saunas next to it. Massage is available at the spa. I love it. Very good service and the staff is one of a kind.

The menu at the pool/rooftop bar could be improved. Not the best options on the menu. Whatever you pick will be very good, but the options themselves are not great. I saw myself ordering things just to not be hungry. Again, the food was very good, but I couldn't find anything that I was excited to order.

Location, breakfast, beach services ( very attentive butlers) and our great and now friend bell boy Esteve. The afternoon treats are fabulous.

Having to pay for the use of the coffe machine in the room (pods). Never encountered a hotel of this level that charges for it.

no ATM machine. The food from the restaurant Emile was so small that I went to bed hungry. The room service menu was excellent as well as breakfast

The service was the best we have ever experienced. Every member of staff was so kind and friendly. The concierge went above and beyond to recommend, organize, book, and even pick-up things for us from outside of the hotel. We were there for my birthday and all of the staff made it so special, the housekeeping even did a little surprise setup in the room with bath salts & oils, flower petals, candles, and a cake. We also received delectable bite-sized treats in our room every evening with the turn down service. Not to mention the views/vibes at the rooftop pool/restaurant/bar which are unbeatable.

Beautiful view from the pool a hotel with a lot of charm the interior design is beyond expectations. We met one lady who was working there who was going above and beyond her name is Luiza she made our stay beyond amazing and we thank her.

the smell of mold in the corridors and in the room because of the humidity. Maybe more choices of tea...

The attention to detail is fabulous, with little cakes delivered daily. There was a large choice for breakfast, all delivered to order. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities, including the pool areas, and the gym, were great. The rooms were a good size and the beds really comfortable. Couldn't recommend it highly enough
