We had an amazing stay. Staff was very nice and friendly, thet were easy to call or send messages to. The rooms were very clean. Location is amazing, it is in the center and walking out of the front door, you are right away in the nice part of the city. Parking was easy to arrange with them (paid by day).

I cannot think of anything I would have wanted differently.

A good place to stay for a few days in Aachen. It is really in the center and you can reach all the main places by foot. The B&B looks very new. The room was a bit small but for a solo travel is perfect. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good size. Cleaning service was perfect. There was everything for breakfast but do not expect a great variety. I paid the breakfast apart from the initial booking and, in truth, I think that the price of the breakfast is a bit too much compared to what it offers. However, overall, a good place. If I am in Aachen again, I would return.

Good location of the hotel few minutes from the city centre. Easy check-in via self-service kiosk (incl. invoice generation), with reception available in case of problems. No formal check-out procedure. Comfortable room. No noise from other rooms or from the street.

Access to room via six-digit code is not much comfortable, particularly for a two day business trip. You have always look for the code, hardly impossible to remember it. Additional equipment in the room would be useful (for example a small kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee is almost standard today). Generated invoice does not contain all the data filled in the reservation form. Additional communication with the hotel needed.

The location was excellent and the parking garage was spacious once I got in via the car lift. The double room was spacious, new, and modern. The breakfast was basic, but tasty. It was very well attended by the staff.

The check-in experience could be improved. There was no response either from the booking app chat nor by calling the front desk that I was arriving by the garage. Finally after a 10 minute wait, someone came out and opened the garage and then disappeared. I was waiting about 10 minutes in the reception before he came back to check me in. I had to ask someone else for an invoice.

Location, location, location. The hotel is located on a pedestrian-only street and close to downtown attractions, restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were small but clean and perfectly adequate. I was traveling with my family of four, so we asked for and received two rooms next to each other.

One of our two rooms had a minor sewage-like smell in the morning. On-site parking is very limited, but they have an arrangement with a nearby garage that is cost effective and convenient.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the very city centre and close to a public parking garage. Simple but quite spacious room. Friendly staff.

The bathroom was more of a wet cell than a real bathroom. No real built in shower, just a shower head and a curtain hanging from the ceiling, so the floor of the whole bathroom would inevitably get wet. The provided floor wiper didn't help with the "wet cell" feeling... And a leaking sink wasn't helping neither.

I loved how easy it was to access and how quiet the area was for being central. I was able to feel safe while being alone and foremost a solo female traveler. The service was exceptional and welcoming.

There’s not much to dislike, the only downside was how dark the room was during the day as it felt like it was dependent on the sunlight. Lastly was that during the evening it was hard to have a dim light as when it is dark the lights become very strong and bright. It would’ve been nice to have a dimmer night light.

The location is excellent, next to shops, restaurants, bus stations, churches, museum etc. It is easily accessible, which is great! Our view was street view, which was good for us... being able to see everything going on 😄

The carpeted floor, especially in the family room we stayed in, is a little bit damp, giving the room an awful scent. Cups were also meeting in the room, and it would be great to add a water heating kettle for quick teas or coffee.

The front desk employee was very friendly and personally opened the parking garage for me when I arrived. The breakfast was attended well and the coffee machine was fixed immediately when there was a problem. I like that there is no need for check-out at this hotel.

The room was a bit noisy from the street, but improved later. The single room is a bit small, but ok for one night.

The location is perfect with a bus station just around the corner and the city centre just a short walk away. The rooms are well laid out and generally very clean, have good heating and a nice warm shower.

Having no kettle in the room was a bit of a miss. I also felt that the carpets needed a good vacuuming.
