I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Aachen-Hbf during a solo trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable – right next to the central station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city and beyond. The hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite its central position. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a restful stay. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. For anyone traveling solo and looking for a practical and relaxing place to stay in Aachen, I highly recommend B&B Hotel Aachen-Hbf. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!

It was fine but a bit expensive for the size of the room. I don't know how 2 working media could share a room as there isn't enough space for everything.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable but no way would two working media be able to share a room. I barely was able to function as one media covering CHIO Aachen. I also thought it was too expensive, especially for one person.

We had a triple room with a single bathroom, all of which were comfortable. The onsite bar with some dinner options was a lifesaver when we came back late one night with no desire to find someplace else to eat. The staff was always very helpful. The location was very convenient to the train station and the city center. We were in Aachen to attend the CHIO Aachen horse show as spectators.

There was a lot of road noise as we were on a busy intersection and our room was at the corner.

A great hotel within a short distance of the train station and the city centre. Comfortable bed, super friendly staff and a secure car park with bike storage. Pretty much everything we could need for our stay. B&B hotels have fast become our budget hotel of choice in Europe as you always know what to expect.

A kettle in the room would have been nice but not essential

Note that the parking spot is only for vehicles under 2.1m, even though the entrance said up to 3.2m. I was travelling with a tall truck for a moving-out and got nearly trapped in the very narrow, encumbered parking. Getting out of it to find another spot in the city was also quite the stress. A bit sad since I was aiming specifically for a hotel with a private parking spot... It could be advertised better in the hotel description for future travellers.

Location very good for us About 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very clean room. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We would stay again.

The initial room assigned by the hotel did not meet my request (on first level rather than higher) but when I express my disappointment to reception, the two gentlemen kindly offered to swap me to a higher floor room. Love their spontaneous generosity and kindness.

Rooms are small but that is expected. Maybe a bit more variety at breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Close to the train station, close to the mall. Good for a short stay, but not if you want to visit the city centre. It was too far for us to visit the city centre.

Bathroom has no ventilation except for windows, but because we were on the first floor, horrible smells from people smoking outside was entering our room. So so couldn’t use the windows for ventilation.

I liked the location and that I booked with not much time in advance, so it was good that we could find a place to stay. They also have parking space which was of great help. you need to pay extra for the parking but worth it.

You can hear people in the corridors, and if they are passing a lot then they can wake you up.
