Location is perfect. Easy to reach from airport or main train station and very close to many main attractions. Rooms are wide enough. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea selections were provided in the room with a kettle. They cleaned my room daily upon my request. Wifi was fast.

Elevator is too old and slow. Should be changed. This negatively affects the customer's experience as you should use it many times a day. There is no towel in the fitness room. Most hotels provide this. You leave the wet towels there after finishing your exercise.

The location was perfect. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The X10 bus zooms up and down Ku'damm to and from Zoologischergarten every 10 mins or so, and from there you can hop the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Mitte, or transfer to the 100 Bus

The 2 lifts were very small. For the one on the left (going up) to work, it often required clawing at the door window for the door to shut properly. It wouldn't operate otherwise. Would have liked proper soap in the bathroom. The toiletries were poor for what is billed as a 4 star hotel. Didn't try the breakfast. It seemed overpriced, and there's plenty of cafes in the area if all you want is a coffee and a croissant

Location, quiet, Good breakfast

The receptionist guy is.nit charismatic to be in a hotel reception. He was always unfriendly and not so polite, but when an Asian guest came to, he changed his.behavior.....pity but it doesn't look good for a.hotel. In my 4 days, stay my room.was.never clean, but the day of my check.out the maid came out 3 hours before to knock my door to remember my checkout time. This was just rude and not professional... During my 4 days there, nobody even asked me if I needed anything or an extra towel.

Really comfortable room with everything we needed. Walk in shower was fabulous. We paid on the day for breakfast rather than in advance- which had a lot of variety, great coffee and the freshly cooked omelettes were lovely!

Being woken up from drilling early on Saturday morning. I don't think it had anything to do with he hotel but it wasn't pleasant. We hadn't checked out on the Sunday morning and the housekeepeer walked into our room while we were still asleep (no drilling this time). I've never had this at a hotel before so thought it was very peculiar. Just an FYI. Hotel is about an hour's walk to the Brandenburg gate so I recommend an Uber or taxi as it was only 10 euros on Sunday.

The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Washroom was new and spacious. Everything about the room was great. Hotel itself is on great shopping street Kurfürstendamm with lots of shopping and eating choices. It was a short ten minute ride to Centrum. The whole staff at the reception was so accommodating, courteous and respectful. They upgraded our room which was nice and comfortable for four of us. I ordered a big home theatre speaker that was delivered few days ahead of my arrival and the staff kept it in their office even during the duration of our stay although it could have caused them inconvenience as it was put in their office. They were very polite and accommodating and they also called the taxi for us for airport departure. I am really grateful for their care and support.

I stayed at this hotel while in Berlin for work and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable – just what I needed to relax after a full day of meetings. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection to start the day right. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which made commuting easy. The staff were professional and friendly. Overall, a great choice for a business trip – I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to S and U-Bahn stops. It is a large hotel with 5 floors of rooms and a large breakfast area. The room (comfort double) was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with a kettle for tea and coffee, a safety deposit box, a large TV, and a modern design sink and shower. The breakfast was very good, too, with a good choice of warm and cold options. Room cleaning is optional.

There were only two towels in the room. No heaters, only air conditioning.

The hotel is located in the Berlin shopping street, so nice location with a lot of restorants around. The personnel at the hotel is kind and available, the breakfast is great and offers a variety of food for every taste. But on top of this, at our arrival we have been granted an upgrade on our reservation and we were placed in one of the hotel suites: huge space, two sofas, two armchairs, two wonderful bathrooms... we literally could not have asked more.

A spacious, immaculate room with wonderfully comfortable beds. I loved that each room featured a mural from a different country.

I was initially concerned because I'd expressly asked for a quiet room and street noise, including traffic, seemed rather heavy when I arrived (I assume the rooms that weren't facing the street had been booked). Nevertheless, things seem to quiet later and I was able to have a good night.

We got upgraded to the new wing of the hotel which offered large well equipped rooms. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was huge and comfortable and the fridge a great size. Location is excellent. In the heart of the upmarket shopping district surround by lots of eateries catering for all budgets. Bus and metro stops are a short walk away.

Limited parking available. You can't book parking even if you're been at the hotel a few days. Parking on the street is €4 an hour until 10pm.
