Location was excellent, straight across from the train station, also access to trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows + iron and ironing board which were provided. Room was spotless. We enjoyed the stay and would defo recommend this hotel for location alone.. Will be back

First night's stay heard really loud music, had to put in ear plugs for a while as we were so tired from out long journey, music stopped around midnight. Having no iron in the room was a pain, had to ask at reception, which was shortly provided. Other than than it was great! We enjoyed our stay!!

The staff is super nice and helpful. Plus is that the hotel has self-check in and out machines. The location is excellent, next to tram and train station. Super close to key bus stops, close to popular tourist locations at the same time the street is not busy and it is quiet. The room was spacious, with window to the inner garden, hotel restaurant. Dark curtains for good sleep and very comfy bed. The bathroom was very nice and comfortable, the lroducts provided are amazing! Food in the restaurant and breakfast was good as well. The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price.

The A/C was not working properly, meaning was not cooling enough even on the lowest setting (compared with the other booked room we had) and the fridges are not fully working, just keeping it a bit cooler inside. However, this is definitely not something major. The parking is quite expensive (€29 per day). Would be nice if there is at least a discount for hotel guests, or at least for those who stay more than 1 day.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early hoping to leave luggage and were able to check in immediately. The room was clean and in excellent condition, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The only negative we experienced was use of the roof top terrace, which had been a deciding factor in choosing this venue. On the first night it was being used for a singles night which we could attend although staying was an uncomfortable experience. It was closed on the second night and on the third night there was a private party, this was not published or obvious and having purchased drinks we were asked to leave by a bouncer. The limited opportunity of using the roof top terrace bar didn't ruin our experience of the hotel but prior knowledge of hotel guests not always being able to use it would have been appreciated.

Good location, very near Berlin HBF train station and in walking distance of the major attractions. Nice Italian restaurant on site. The room was smart and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Shower room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if I was visiting Berlin.

I would have liked to have a kettle so I could have a hot drink rather than a coffee pod device. Also I opted for breakfast which was a really good offering but expensive, having said that if you like a hearty breakfast then it was probably value for money.

This hotel was perfect for my solo trip. The location couldn’t have been better — it is right in front of Berlin Central Station. As soon as I reach the train station, I could see the hotel from the train, which was such a relief after a long journey. I didn’t even need to connect to the internet to find directions; it was just there. From that point, everything was incredibly convenient, with all transportation options easily accessible. The atmosphere was pleasant, the value for money was excellent, and overall the hotel made my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The only small downside I noticed was the absence of an iron and ironing board in the room, as well as a dedicated wardrobe to hang clothes. Perhaps I could have requested an iron from reception, but I’m used to finding these facilities in most hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s not a major issue, but adding these amenities would make the experience even better.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, only 5 minute walk to berlin central station and tram access right outside. Some might want to be in more hip neighbourhoods but the hotel and access to anywhere in the city quickly made this a great base to explore berlin. Breakfast was very good and gave a great start to the day. We also used the in-house restaurant Gambinos and again was very good. On the 6th floor there is a nice late bar called the apartment which was nice for a glass of wine to reflect on the day. Overall a great hotel we'll located for public transport with good size rooms and a great breakfast to start the day.

hotel is in very good location, it is close to public transportation and some more important attractions, it is also very convenient if you are looking for a place during your travel. if you decide for an option with breakfast - the number of options is very good

I was not very happy as despite I was convinced I went for the breakfast including option, it turned out to be not the case.. we had to pay for it, and it was a bit expensive (although I do not know Berlin usual rates).. as I wrote above - once you decide to go for it, to only thing you can be not excited about it price... breakfast is very good The other thing - if you come by car - again the carpark is on rather expensive side... not to many spots on the street... so this is to remember...

The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. I must say that the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Ventsislava at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine welcome that immediately made me feel at home. Ventsislava's professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. She efficiently handled my check-in process, taking the time to explain all the hotel amenities and answering my questions with patience and expertise. She is a true asset to the hotel and exemplifies the best of what hospitality should be. Thanks to her exceptional service, I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Location is great for travelling around the city as it’s straight across the road from the main train station and next to an underground, bus and tram service. An all day ticket lets you travel on any of these modes of transport all day for approx £10. It is also close to good restaurants and the train station has lots of cafes, snack bars etc., some open 24 hours. The hotel is modern and we found the room to be pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We were facing the inner court yard which because it was winter was quiet. It has a rooftop garden and bar which we didn’t get time to visit on this short trip. The restaurant looked good but again we didn’t get time to eat in it so I cannot review on the food. Hotel has a luggage room and they were happy to keep our luggage before check in and after check out on the day of arrival and departure, free of charge. Check in and out through the app makes it fast and easy.

Dirt, fluff and dust under the bed and bedside tables, which I discovered when I dropped something and it rolled under. Tv only has one English speaking channel and it’s the news. Check in is 3pm which is quite late in the day but they are happy to keep your luggage and let you go out in the city if you arrive early.
