spacious clean nice appartement, overviewing the lovely harbor of Aurich. Our dog could be walked in a little park in front of the house. Parking for free in the street. Kitchen with a starters basket (coffee senseo pads, dishwasher tab etc).

The apartments are 1. and 2. floor without an lift. Hard work to get the luggage to the 2. floor. bring ear plugs if you do not like the (lovely) sounds of chatting people and house boat guests. Be aware that the second double bed is on a gallery above the livingarea (ladder, no stairs). We liked it, but my mom couldn't sleep there.

Near the city center, which was great. The room was big enough for two people. Breakfast was quite good. Pentahotels focus on durability, so there are smaller portions, less meat and many alternatives that are less harmful for our planet.

The shower was almost clogged and the staff were not able to fix it immediately. They were able to fix it the next day, but we were only there for one night.

Great location convenient to transportation, city center, and museums and opera house, friendly and professional staff, spacious room, nice breakfast, restaurant in house, and an endless supply of sparkling water with the room.

Rooms are not sound-proofed from the hallways, and loud and rowdy guests coming and going throughout the night (from 20:00 to 4:00) disrupted my sleep multiple times on both nights of my stay.

Arriving by car, the hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. The welcome was very friendly, it was very nice to be offered a glass of prosecco and a bottle of water to be refilled whenever we wanted. The bedroom was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The shower was nice and big. Breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel was a short walk from the centre.

Location was good as it was close to local eateries and some landmarks. Room clean and comfortable. Good selection of food at breakfast. Staff friendly.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Room not cleaned daily only on stays longer than 5 days. We had to ask for clean towels which we still didn’t receive.

We loved the prime location, facilities and the service provided by staff.

The rooms were spacious with the only downside being inadequate air conditioning leaving the rooms hotter that would be required

The staff creates a great atmosphere. Very nice to get a water bottle for free. the rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

The restaurant is fairly dark and the menu doesn’t have enough vegetarian dishes. It would be great to have a kettle in the room. I was shocked about having to pay extra for early check in.

Clean, quiet, comfy, close to Old City.

They had planned maintenance on the water system the morning we were there. Had we known, we would have showered before they turned off the water. Otherwise, great stay.

the rooms were nicely designed, the staff was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay overall, the incentives for not having daily cleaning services in exchange for free drinks.

The room cards stopped working at times, the gym could be a little better equipped, the lounge was a bit dark and the scents that filled the room were quite intense.
