We spent one week at Havellandhalle and we had a great time! We regularly used all the sport facilities. The location of the hotel is great to do day trips in Berlin or Potsdam. We rented a bike from the hotel (free for hotel guests) and biked to Potsdam and it was an amazing route. The breakfast is also good but 90% similar every day.

The only downside was the slow wifi. There was a coffee machine in the room but the coffee was not free, it would also be nice to have complementary coffee.

If you are staying here overnight then all the activities are free and you can loan every thing needed also for free. A lot of activities and a very good sauna. And everything is included in your price for the hotel room. You can refill your water bottles from automatic machines also for free. We loved this place and will definitely get back again.

Great breakfast and excellent sports facilities — everything from a gym to badminton and tennis is available. Having your own car makes everything super convenient and easy to reach. We attended the Lollapalooza festival and it was only a 12-minute (11 km) drive away!

My stay with my partner at the hotel was super! Everything was just as described. If you are looking for tranquility and enjoy nature and sports as well as using the gym, this is the right place. During our stay, we had several people at the reception and each one of them was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend

No negative aspects, it was a super experience

Facilities were good and the front desk (reception) staff was very cordial and helpful. Even though there was construction going on for all day, it didn’t bother us much as we were out for sightseeing.

The restaurant staff (male employee) was (to some extent) rude and I didn’t feel like welcomed there. This was a common comment in most of the previous reviews but I could now confirm this. the breakfast spread was minimal to very basic and I expected a bit more for example scrambled egg, omelette or bacon. I asked that you you may charge me but the guys was arrogant and simply said no. Anyways apart from this blip, I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff, great food in the Italian restaurant/ breakfast. Top tennis and badminton courts. All necessary equipment is free of charge.

Pool not open (it’s outdoor) Sauna closes at 9:00 p.m. at the same time when all tennis and badminton courts are closed - so no chance to regenerate.

Great if you are looking for recreational sports.

Staff were friendly but not trained or experienced. Parking is fair from any entrance. Reception is not clearly marked. Breakfast was passable.

Nice clean room and great restaurant, location for visiting Berlin is perfect. Breakfast is great 👌

The outside cabins terrace is lacking privacy and an Airco would be a great addition

Room size, bed, sport activities offered by the resort: tennis, badminton, mini golf, gym, playgrounds for the kids. Additionally hotel location in such clean and quiet area however still so close to the city!

Variety and quality of food for the breakfast might be better.

The resort was clean, the staff was respectful and very helpful. We enjoyed Berlin top attractions from the resort. We will highly recommend the resort, free parking included.
