For the price of 13 Euro, the breakfast seemed to lack variety. But I did not book breakfast, so it didn’t affect my stay. I would recommend to book without breakfast and eat something in the city.

I really like this hotel, it’s close to the train station but still quiet, the rooms are clean, small but well-designed, they have everything you need. The staff was very helpful and arranged a room for me that I asked for.

A door in a room where I was placed first was broken, but the staff reacted immediately and moved me to a different room. Otherwise, flawless.

Location was good from the main train station. Comfortable beds and shower. Breakfast was available but we didn't use it and I like the fact there is hot drinks vending machine (chargeable) available.

Bedding had a blood stain on it. Was changed the next day... No kettle/mini fridge... Quite small the rooms (twin bedroom). We didn't stay in the room much so for it was fine for our needs.

Good central location, well equipped and quiet room. Comfortable beds. A very good hotel for our short stay in Dortmund.

There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom (there was no foul smell, though). The choice of breakfast food was limited. The hotel is in the low emission zone, which means you need to get a sticker for your car well before arriving in Dortmund. We were not informed about this at the time of booking.

Super close to the Dortmund HBF (Central Station) ~ 5 minute walk. Quite soundproof, clean room, comfortable bed, overall good quality and great experience. Front door has reception right by and you get a code to enter the building plus your room so it feels secure.

The optional breakfast buffet was a bit pricey (€10+) and there was no other food option besides the vending machines or snack cart.

Very clean and beds are very comfortable

When booking the room, I was not given an option to book parking at the hotel. It stated that it was not possible to pre-book this at all. When I arrived at the hotel, I.was told that all the parking was already booked out and that we could find a parking garage nearby. This parking garage cost 28 Euro compared to the 12 Euro I would have paid for hotel parking, if I had the option to pre-book it. Also, heating did not effectively heat up the room.

Initially assigned a room at front of hotel, which was noisy, but receptionist changed this on request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Beds comfortable, surprisingly good breakfast for 10 Euros each. Overall value for money. English spoken, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Booking.com website advised that private parking was available but could not be booked. B&B Hotels website advised that 11 spaces private parking were available, no mention of requirement to book. On arrival we were advised that all spaces were taken and that we should have reserved a space. So clearly a disconnect somewhere! Parking is available in a public carpark opposite, for 28 Euros. (14 euros until midnight and another 14 Euros for next day....)

Great location. Clean and cosy modern rooms . The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to send me the forgotten teddy bear of my child.

Our room at the front of the building was a bit noisy on Saturday night. The rear room, however, was quiet.

- Code to enter the room was handy for check-out as I can just self check-out without handing back a key. - Air conditioning cooled the room well.

- Code to enter the room could also be a security risk if the card is lost. Other than that the room was good.

The hotel was very clean. Its based in a great location, it's a 10 minute walk away from anything in the city

Beds were slightly too small and could have done with another pillow
