The breakfast, and the hospitality of the staff

There were two things: The parking ticket system was a bit complicated if you wanted to go out and in the parking, cause you needed a ticket from the desk every time. The fire alarm at 5am! haha. Joking aside, the staff was very professional in guiding everyone out when the alarm went off and the issue was quickly resolved. They handled perfect for our safety. These things can happen at any hotel, and although annoying at the moment, having the staff act accordingly is best for all of us. There wasn't anything we did not like about the hotel.

The hotel was very good and clean. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and it was above my expectations. The location is close to the train station but a little far from the center. If the weather is good, you can go there on foot. Private parking is paid. There is a small car park right next to the hotel, and if you can find an empty space, you can park there for free.

All of the hotel staff we dealt with were very kind and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety, including plenty choice for vegetarians. Despite other reviews saying there was no tables available during breakfast, we never had an issue with this and was always plenty tables at around 9am. The cleaners always did a fabulous job in the room, providing fresh bedding and towels when needed. A full size hair dryer is also available in the room which was handy. The hotel felt very safe and our air conditioning worked perfectly. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from main train station and 30-40 minute walk to the Altstadt. For the price the hotel was fantastic and we would stay there again.

Our carpet did have quite a few stains on it and it was a shame there wasn’t a fridge in the room.

Very spacious and comfy room. Breakfast was very diverse, if you come before 9 it's less crowdy. Location is very convenient for walking to the city center. It's around 15 minutes by fit and you are in the heart of Dusseldorf.

It's a bit noisy at night if windows are opened, since a tram and trains go nearby. It's better to keep windows closed. There are also a lot of stains on the carpet. I understand that there is no option anymore to clean them up, but it spoils a general impression of my room. Parking costs crazy 30 EUR per night. Considering, there is no another big safe parking nearby, you have no other options but pay 30 EUR which is a third part of the room price. I would recommend not to travel by car and use a public transport or try yourself in chasing a free parking space in the dirt during the day.

First time in Dusseldorf, Hotel was close to the Central station so good for Travellers Big Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful, My stay was as a Central base to move About . Breakfast was Nice and Varied . Bar was Great with Food in The Evening, Pasta was very good. Definitely use this Hotel Again.

Probably got my stay at the Wrong time lots of Sports Clubs having Celebrations 🍾 Very Crowded at Breakfast, Staff seemed to be Overwhelmed at times but were Smiling and getting on with it which was Great.

My stay was exceptional! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient, just a five-minute walk to public transport. The breakfast was fantastic, and I particularly appreciated the long serving hours from 6 to 10 a.m., which made it easy to enjoy a meal at my leisure. I highly recommend this hotel!

One downside to my stay was that free parking was not included in the hotel price. Guests are required to pay €30 per night for hotel parking. Alternatively, finding a free parking spot on the street can be quite challenging. This was a bit disappointing and worth noting for future guests.

The breakfast was excellent. There were many options to choose from. Great variety The location worked good for us because we had the main station at a walking distance so we could take trains to many places

First day they did not clean our room and the next day they did not change the coffee cups and on the third they only gave us decaf coffee. The room was not vacuumed for like three days because we saw the same dirt on the floor. There was not so much storage for clothes And a small fridge would have been great

Cost of onsite parking was high, unkept front lawn looks like an abandoned property.

The fact that the rooms were quiet and when we found out we had forgotten a toothbrush and ear sticks, they kindly offered us replacement items at reception. Also, the bar tender went out of his way to make us a special hot chocolate drink when we found out we cant have hot chocolate with marshmallows. The fact that the hotel is situated near a metro station (Handelszentrum/Moskauerstrasse) And near (5m walking distance) to a high quality, delicious fast food called Qui-Zin.

The floor carpet starts to show stains and gives a less hygienic feel. The shower needs some re-caulking .. ... and the shower door still has quite a big opening at the bottom, causing shower water to easily spill outside the shower cabin and the next person will step on a soaking (not just humid from the person before them) bath mat. Didnt like that the bathroom door closes automatically.

The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, and the bed was comfortable.I also really enjoyed the breakfast. it was varied, fresh, and quite satisfying each morning.

The parking situation was terrible. It wasn’t clearly stated beforehand that parking would cost an additional €30 per night, and the only available option was a nearby area with limited space.Also, I was surprised to find that there was no minibar in the room, which I would normally expect from a hotel of this category.
