We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and eager to accommodate all our needs. They also provided us with valuable information about the city and the hotel’s amenities. The room we selected matched our booking perfectly. The breakfast offered a wealth of options at the buffet. Without a doubt, we would choose this hotel again.

What we found unappealing about the room was the trend of having an open bathroom without a door, which offers little privacy. Additionally, we felt that the mattresses and pillows were overly soft, making them uncomfortable in our opinion.

The room was huge very comfortable, well equipted with all you need for bussines stay in a hotel. Full buffet breakfast with variation of sweet and savoury items.

We had a short stay at this hotel. Overall, it has a pleasant atmosphere, though it does feel a bit dated in some areas. Some of the furniture, like the sofas and chairs, showed noticeable signs of wear. The staff were generally helpful, but confused not well briefed, the service could have been a bit more attentive.

Kind staff, good location and a big room which was really comfortable and clean. The bed was really cozy and we had free drinks in the mini bar.

If you're not travelling as a couple, there's no privacy with the shower/bathroom situation. We wanted to book spontaneously a second night at this hotel but the price was 3x!! as high for the second night because of the Coldplay concerts, so keep that in mind, that prices will change during big events.

It’s very cool placed as it’s really close to the office and the transport system so we had literally 0 issues getting anywhere. The breakfast was so great! My son adored the pancakes 🥞 All receptionists were extremely helpful and nice, as well as waitresses. The room was clean, we had a crib for a child with additional towels at no cost. Generally awesome 🙌

Everything was so great, gotta nothing bad to say! And usually I’m the one who complains a lot 😅

hotel arranged what we requested we were with our 3 years old kid they give us nice room where the kid can run and play.Bed was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and professional good service keep it up.

only thing room was dry in the night we awaked many time to drink water.mouth was dry.

Easily upgraded the room for a small amount of money. Hotel looks very nice and the staff is friendly. The room was great of size and the facilities were fine. Breakfast was great.

Minibar was not cold and the temperature in the room was killing (central heating I guess)

Spacious rooms, clean, nice bathroom, nice lobby, good breakfast, parking in the building. Location was on walking distance of our party, not the most interesting part of town but perfect for us.

Nothing wrong but design of the room is boring and rooms are so big, it feels little empty.

Very welcoming and much cozier than expected for a ‘business’ hotel. Very nice staff I think the negative ratings do not fit the hotel. I had a different view of what it would be and it was much nicer than I expected from the reviews. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of choice. I like the open plan of the restaurant, bar and lobby.

Cracking bed

A nice big modern looking room with comfy beds. The mini bar had free drinks that were refilled every day. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing! The room service and the staff were very nice and polite.

Would have liked bigger towels and more coasters. Not much to complain about, the hotel is very modern and fancy!

Bar staff were fantastic. Great young man behind the bar who looked after us every night. Very welcoming and attentive. Credit to the hotel and they should be very proud of his skills and manor. A+++++

No toilets on the ground floor if you're in the bar ir restaurant area. For a hotel this big, it's a design error
