This was a minor inconvenience and something easily overlooked given the hotel's many positives.

check in flexibility - as i used to stay (and member) i can check in early if the room is available. It was not the case this time, i can understand as it was busy week and i do not think people checked out early.

The atmosphere, the bar, the music. It is a very young attitude, per sé, hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and the hotel was clean everywhere.

The room lightning was, for my taste, too dim and dark at the end. I went to this hotel on a business purpose and the room layout was not ideal. The safe was placed inside a night stand (no brochure in the room. It took me a while to find it). There is a very small open desk, which was the only desk in the room that also had a coffee machine on it, leaving very little space to use it to work.

Very friendly staff that is always willing to help. We arrived a little too early for check in, but were allowed to drop our suitcases at the reception and go explore the city. Same was after checking out. We received all the help and information we needed. Also loved the hotel aesthetic. I definitely would love to stay here again during my next visit to Düsseldorf.

Our mini fridge didn't work, but the staff apologized for that and offered us to change a room. Also it was a bit surprising that the shower only had a transparent door and a curtain instead of a regular door. But that wasn't a big problem. Just a little more privacy coud be more pleasant :)

The cost of the parking is exaggerated, 28EUR per night is way too much! Also, the procedure 'skip the cleaning -get the free drink' is a bit unintuitive. One needs to read the instructions very carefully to do it right, probably the process should be rethought from the client prospective, it should be made more clear.

Great hotel, with good facilities, nicely decorated rooms, with a good big bed, coffe and big tv. Staff was really friendly, especially the venezuelan gentleman. Metro/tram stop 5 minutes away, plenty of parking space in the neighbourhood

The shower door is made of glass, so if you want to share with friends, it will not be possible. Breakfast was €25! A bit too pricey.

The location is very convenient. Right in front of a U-Bahn station. There are several supermarket near by. The room is spacious and comfortable, especially the shower was super nice. There is an underground garage that can be also paid together with the room charge.

There was no microwave in my room, which I thought it is equipped according to the pictures and descriptions. The room light was not enough. It would be better if there is also one more light for the clothes rack.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet, with excellent facilities. The bar, restaurant, and cigar lounge are all fantastic! 👌🏻 What truly stands out, however, is the staff—they are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, I will be returning.

Lovely room (thanks for the upgrade!) with a great bed and shower in a convenient location close to the U-bahn. The breakfast was delicious, varied with plenty veggie options and continuously bringing out new food.

The room was a little cold when arriving, but that was quickly solved by turning up the heating.
