The space in the rooms, the high ceilings, and the hotel's decor, it was quiet and didn't have a lot of people come and go, the restaurant for breakfast was also good (a little expensive though), and the friendly staff. It's close to the old city and a walking distance from some restaurants for that quick dinner or snack.

location of the hotel was a little further away from the main stores and you would tend to walk more away and parking was a little expensive at 32 EUR I think per day. The breakfast manu is the same everyday, so you would get bored after a couple of days but was good overall. No EV charger in the parking lot.

Beautiful, restored building in excellent location. Staff very attentive. Excellent breakfast in lovely restaurant. Very nice Italian restaurant attached conveniently. Comfortable bars inside and out. Business suite comfortable with well equipped kitchenette.

Our traveling party had issue with reservation that staff attributed to computer error. This required changing rooms twice and was very inconvenient. Staff did best they could to correct the situation.

Location was fantastic. Very close to the Rhine and numerous bars and restaurants. We felt part of the historic town and although it was great fun and lively, there was no noise in the hotel whatsoever. The rooms were large with great kitchen and washing facilities and the shower was the best I've ever used in a hotel. The hotel building was spectacular and the feeling of grandeur was everywhere

The room was too warm. The air con worked but it was centrally set to not go below 20 degrees (I presume to save the hotel money), so I couldn't sleep on any of the nights. We left the windows open to get some cool air in but woke up to 3 pigeons sitting on the end of our bed! The bed mattress was too hard also. The staff were friendly but there was no personality to the atmosphere of the hotel

Ms Tamara Wimberger was an outstanding lady at reception with extra ordinary helping nature, big smile always, she deserve to be in a managerial position with such nature

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Service at the restaurants was excellent. Hunny during breakfast was very pleasant, helpful and proactive. The Japanese lady serving us during dinner was prompt, courteous and friendly. The spread at breakfast was very good indeed. Among the top two in our travels.

Reception was so-so. I left my handphone at reception at check in, went up to my room and realised it was missing. Went back down to retrieve it. The guy just nodded at me. They hadn't bothered to call my room to inform me my hp was with them

Very comfortable rooms, location was 3 to 5 minute walking distance from all the popular pubs and restaurants at Altstadt. The grandeur of the hotel building and some internal areas leave you awestruck! Fabulous breakfast too with a good choice even for a vegetarian like me. The staff at the Restaraunt was eager to help.

The laundry and ironing service - the hotel said that they did not offer ironing service!

Very beautiful hotel. We visited it before Christmas and chose it because of location just near Christmas market. The building and Christmas decorations were stunning, we had a business suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice, also food in Italian restaurant was nice. Staff was polite and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel.

We left early on a Saturday morning so we couldn’t try the breakfast !! We would’ve loved too !!

We had one little problem that we solved in around 30 minutes !! After I went to the showers a very bad smell happened for quite sometime and than it was fine !! That’s the only bad thing !! Other than that you were amazing …

The hardware is impressive, the location is excellent.

The software of the hotel, the service standard could be improved. With such an impressive hotel, the guest expectation for guest service would be high. I was disappointed to see the team do not serve with a smile, there was no warm and friendly atmosphere. There was no greeting of the guests. It seemed a lack of hospitality service excellence which is a pity as the hotel itself is great.
