1. All the staff we met were very good friendly. 2. The hot breakfast with its extensive option, one of the best breakfast compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in Dusseldorf. 3. Room space is big. 4 The Sauna and facilities.

1. Parking 15 euro per day is fair, but the hotel does not offer day ticket. You pay for every re-entry within 1 day. If you enter the city center everyday maybe good to reconsider the extra parking cost (or tram tickets ) 2.Breakfast + Half board 0,1 euro is mentioned during our booking, but it was actually not the case and non of the staff no anything about it. Maybe good to recheck with your deals on booking.com to prevent confusion. 3.Sauna is not included and we pay 4 euro/2 people/ 3 nights for the usage (and got a 4 euro voucher back) . We were fine paying this but we found this very interesting as why would you even bother charging 4 euro? Is there any explanation how were the rules made?

The hotel looks fancy and everything was great. The rooms looked exactly like in the photos. Beds were comfy and room was clean. In the room there are a cattle and a coffee machine with a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and a tiny fridge/wine cabinet. The hotel located a bit far from the city centre, but public transport stops are a few minutes away, very convenient. We did not use the restaurant, so don't know how it was. Also there is a free parking in ~7 minutes walk from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, nice atmosphere, beautiful room with very stylish lighting. Perfect bed, completely darkening curtains, silent room, perfect airco and heating. Overall a very good hotel room. Bar was nice, breakfast as good and complete as can be. Absolutely highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. To small, to light (not a romantic setting), to small bath that wasn't cleaned properly, mediocre shower possibilities. Not in line with the rest of the experience.

I requested a cot for our baby. When we got to the room there wasn't one. I asked at the reception before we went for dinner and when we got to the room there was a nice camping cot with a pillow and duvet and extra towels.

We were not made aware that the parking must be paid with cash. This was a bit of an inconvenience as we do not carry cash. Luckily, a friendly staff member was able to assist us with getting our car out of the parking to get cash.

Hotel was well situated and very smart inside. The staff were very attentive. Room was spacious and breakfast was excellent. Parking on-site was useful although it was a little expensive

My friend, although not disabled does struggle to bend down and uses a walking stick. He could not find a disabled toilet in the bar or restaurant area and felt this is something that could have been improved on

Room was really spacious and clean. Interior was also very nice. Highly recommended for small families with one or two kids. I guess due to off peak time (during week days) it was really quite as there are few guests. May be due to location as it is surrounded by mainly office buildings and a little far from down town.

The parking site is the basement of hotel building and is really expensive like 15 euro per night. Though there are free public parking spaces available nearby. The reception staff was nice but the lady at breakfast lounge was a bit rude as she won't let us have the coffee from machine even it is 2 minutes above the closing time. Anyway no hard feelings but a little courtesy is needed towards your guests.

The receptionist that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful with helping us with things to do before check in time, I regret that I don’t remember her name! Lovely suite, very quiet and close to airport. Had a great experience in Germany generally but the hotel made it perfect.

Very local food wasn’t very accessible.

Room was clean, wide and cozy, we had a good comfortable sleep. Close to train transport if you visit the city and just walking distance to other restaurants.

We were there on Christmas day, we asked hotel staff if there are other restaurants open for dinner, only advised one pizza shop, not very helpful. Anyhow, we searched and found some Japanese restaurants open nearby.

Very good breakfast with fresh produce. Friendliness of staff is outstanding, except for that grumpy night porter. But please keep him on. Love it. Special points for Chris reception and Jan at the bar (amaaazing Whisky sours)

I have nothing to complain

The hotel is very nice as well as its installations. I also had dinner there, food was good and atmosphere great.

I called the reception to reserve a table for dinner and the front office agent asked me to call back in 3 minutes to make the reservation. Honestly, I don't expect this kind of service for an IHG hotel in which standards are normally high. It's of common decency to call the guest back, if you are busy in that moment.
