The gentleman on reception when we arrived was chatty and friendly. The two rooms we had booked were large. We travelled with 4 kids and a cat. Plenty of room for all. Room was clean. Plenty of toiletries and towels were provided. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Was 32 degrees so was extremely glad of that. Beds were large and very comfortable. Both bath and shower worked as required. There were comfortable tables and chairs outside with ashtrays provided. Breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of different hot and cold options available.

The pillows were very soft. That's it. Everything else was perfect.

The room was big enough for the two of us and bright. We requested two separate beds and they were very comfortable. There was free parking, but limited spaces. The location is great. You can walk to the river and into town in a few minutes. It is located on quite a busy road but surprisingly it was very quiet (we had a room facing the road). Staff were always friendly.

The wardrobe was very dusty. The PowerPoint for the little fridge in the wardrobe didn't work, and some others didn't work either. There was also a lot of dust and dirt under the beds. There is no little coffee station in the room.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 Nights and I have been very happy. I booked one bed but out of courtesy they actually gave me a bigger room (double) than the one I had booked- I travelled off-season during the week. The employees were very nice and helpful. Parking was available at no extra cost. The continental Breakfast was fresh and good. Loads of things to choose from. The Internet was quick and easy to access.

I have no complaints whatsoever. The stay has been great and I would definitely book again. The only thing that threw me off a little bit is that Google Maps has the entrance to the hotel a bit further up so you may accidentally drive past it when you arrive for the first time. But not to worry, there is a roundabout just 100 meters up the road where you can turn back around :)

Many times when traveling to Dusseldorf, I opt to stay at this Hotel. I like the place, it is a small, comfy & cosy hotel. It has all the features of a business hotel, but I like the location and friendly personnel. Since I usually arrive at late evenings, it is always good to have a friendly Reception Manager to deal quickly with the formalities. It is very quiet in the morning. No rush & hassle of a busy city area. Reasonably good breakfast, fast & reliable wifi, large parking area.

The breakfast was good. The selection of hot food (sausage,bacon eggs) was not offered on Sunday and there were no croissant either. Enjoyed cold selection.

The bedside lamps in the room(202) did not work. A staff member came and somehow got one working but after a few minutes it went off again. Shampoo was not offered in the bathroom.

A good team is in charge of managing the Hotel. The Lobby Manager helped me with the documents to be completed, signed and scanned. I have had a private Business Centre facility run for me. :-) Many thanks for this personalized service! The hotel is a bit off the city center, yet it is a good location for those who travel with the car. The parking lot is available and is free of charge for the guests of the Hotel. A good breakfast. Would stay again once I am in city next time.

Walking distance to the river Rhine, with nice sandy parts to relax and view the river barges etc and small ferry crossing. Good free parking at entrance to hotel. Decent sized room on the first floor had a good view. Clean and tidy even though a bit dated and near to the airport and road, it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the other facilities such as bar or restaurant in the foyer so cannot comment.

The lifts were quite small and slightly claustrophobic with two people and small cases, and not sure it rates 4 star as displayed at the entrance. No coffee making facilities in the room.

Convenient location to Klemensplatz. First room: Room was clean and cozy. Nice size bathroom. Second room: bed was comfortable.

First room: bed was not comfortable. We didn’t realize hotel was closing for their holiday which was not an issue but the Second room: larger but not as clean and bathroom was smaller. Heat didn’t work in bathroom.

Great value for the price. Room was large, very quiet and also included a bathtub in the large bathroom. Room temperature was perfect. Staff was helpful to solve a small issue with the room lighting. Breakfast was nice with a fine selection of food and reasonably priced. Airport is very close by without the property being an actual airport hotel. Liked the free parking and gas station nearby. Also several places to eat nearby.

No lift access to the room I was staying in, but there were a lift on the property with access to other rooms. The first front desk staff I had contact with were difficult to understand (poor English language skills). The bed did squeak when turning around but didn't affect getting a good nights sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Kaiserswerth and near a uBahn stop which is convenient for Düsseldorf center. Our room was spacious and much bigger than most doubles. The staff were very helpful
