Staff and manager do an outstanding job to make your stay an unforgettable experience. All is clean and hygenic. Cleanest hotel I have seen for years. To bad that there are people who do not appreciate the effort the staff and manager are doing while multitasking numerous jobs and working many hours a day. After having a conversation with the manager I was ashamed to learn that the number of uncivilized and disrespectful guests is growing each day. Stop harassing and bullying staff! They are all people and should be treated with respect. Be patience, understanding and ask questions before you make assumptions and start talking down to them. Make their jobs a pleasant one each day and your stay an unforgettable experience. It starts with you.

Nothing was disappointing.

I think it was one of the best places I have ever visited. The location exceptional, just by the river with spacious beaches and a lot of green fields. If you are travelling with pets you coulnd't find better. I got upgraded for free to a business room and I wasn't charged anything extra for the dogs. Free coffee available all day long. Big rooms with great views. Very peaceful place and the hotel itself is very modern, freshly renovated. Great value for money and very helpful staff, they even made sure that the AC was on in my room as I said I will be coming with dogs. Really, really great place!

Great value and a comfortable stay! The location is away from the city in a quiet, riverside area - it's just next to the boat ferry for quick access to Dusseldorf. Room was spacious and comfortable, also really appreciated the complimentary drinks waiting in the refrigerator. Buffet style breakfast with a beautiful attrium view of surrounding nature. I'll surely stay here again when visiting Dusseldorf.

Connecting to the wifi is not intuitive, there were also no instructions for wifi access provided when I checked it. I was so tired and busy during this trip, I didn't ask and just used data from my phone instead. It could be nice to include these instructions at check in.

After travelling around the world many times - the breakfast was not impressive I realize that the size of the hotel is limited - but the choice of food could be improved a little It was nice that people without breakfast could also have coffee or tea.

In one of our two rooms the toilet was located in a narrow corner next to the sink. Slightly uncomfortable

no restaurant, would be nice to be able to eat there. when busy, more staff needed for bar

The hotel evokes the "good old days". From the outside it looks like a quiet and friendly place on the banks of the Rhine, the interior equipment is modern and perfect. Breakfast excellent. Free parking. Staff friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant, but you can eat well in the nearby town.

The hotel is comfortable, cozy and clean with greenery everywhere making u feel relaxed.. Not a lot of staff but helpful. Check-in and check-out was so simple Room was spacious and clean with nice view

The location is a bit far but there is public transportation but with one problem that it is not always available

Great value for the price, the hotel rooms have been renovated recently, very clean and modern ambiente. The location is outside of Düsseldorf in a very quite area, still you can be in the city in about 20min. You can also take the ferrie to get acorss the Rhine and save 10min travel to the city.

The place is wow, different world(love it). The place is the best I have ever seen. I hope to revisit it again.

WiFi was poor during my stay.(I had to use international net subscription). Breakfast 18.50 euros was just toooo expensive and did not match the service.

Nicely located overlooking the river Rhine and a trip on the ferry across to visit the ancient Roman fortress. Having leisurely coffee and cake opposite the Rhine of the DORMERO Hotel.
