Nice and close to the main station (a few min walk).

It was a self-check-in and no personal interaction from the staff from the hotel. I wasn't expecting this. They didn't take my info from the booking online and so I needed to stand alone in the entranceway late at night (didn't feel super safe) entering all my details onto the screen. I wasn't expecting this and it felt unexpected.

Its very well located, just a few minutes from the central station, and few minutes walking to the city center

There is a bit of noise when the cars pass on the street next to the hotel. So the noise isolation could have been better. Also the breakfast although not bad, its quite basic.

We were able to drop off our bags at the reception before check-in time. We were 2-3 hours early, and this gave us the opportunity to already explore the city without having to carry bags around. The younger gentlemen at the front desk was very nice.

There were construction workers during our stay. During the afternoon, we came back to our room for a rest before dinner, and there was loud drilling. Ofcourse these people have a job to do as well, but the timing was unfortunate. The female staff (two different ladies) at the front desk ignored us every time we walked by, even when we said goodmorning or hello. Maybe we have to pay extra for service with a smile?

Loved the place, very well maintained and the location is very convenient to the city centre, city bus stop and train station as well. Staff is also friendly and check-in process itself is an automated one which is remarkable and quite convenient to use

Probably the breakfast rate. It is 10.50€ for a person but they offer just bread, egg, cereals and coffee with some ham and cheese. These things can also be easily bought from a store nearby for much less.

Very clean, very well equipped and practical, modern hotel. Excellent location, helpful and kind stuff. Good breakfast for a few days stay.

Easy check in (but without people), quiet rooms, very close to train stations.

It would be nice not to have to pay for leaving luggage in the hotel for few hours after checkout (like in other hotels).

Location is perfect, parking Garage near, staff very friendly, atmosphere was unique because of the art work on the walls, breakfast was good

The rooms were very small and the air system in the bathroom not a lot efficient

Fight in bedroom corridor on last night (public holiday) followed by police visit, but not the hotel’s fault.

No Tea/coffee making facility in room. Distance to public laundromat was about 20-25 min walk away.

1. The people at the reception couldn't speak English. So communication was a little difficult but not something that couldn't be managed.
