The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling on the adjacent A3 autobahn, offering a large and well illuminated car park. The entire property, including my room appears to have been very recently refurbished. Everything was very clean, the room offered comfortable beds and a small but functional and high quality bathroom. I was allocated a room facing away from the autobahn so I was away from any traffic noise but the room struck me as well sound insulated. I used the 24 hour check in screen to enter and didn't buy breakfast so I didn't interact with any staff. The property is mere minutes off the autobahn and quite easy to locate, ideal for a good rest after a long day of driving.

It's a very nice hotel if you travel by car and want to have a night brake while you are traveling a longer distance or you have a day visit in Nurmberg and you are by car. Close to the highway so you stop by in the evening and continue right away the next morning.

I booked a twin room but the room that I was assigned was not a twin room but a double room with a queen bed and I did not want that type of room otherwise I would select the double room and not the twin room. I arrived after reception working hours so I was not able to ask for another room.

I arrived earlier than expected but the young lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly i was travelling with my dog and as expected there was a small charge also a small charge for parking the check in took 10 minutes my room had literally just been cleaned and was spotless the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful very professional

It's a great place for rest when driving long distances . Close to A3 so that you're back on the road in a couple of minutes. Generous parking lot at a fair price. Very clean room with all it's needed to take a shower and have good sleep. It is very easy to book and check in.

A couple of coffee/snacks vending machines for after-hours or very early mornings would be much appreciated.

Practical location for travellers, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast was nice, I appreciated the toaster and the fresh veggies, wide selection of teas. We left an important plush toy behind and staff were very helpful with getting it back to us, thank you.

One room had a kettle, the other didn’t, no idea why, we booked two identical rooms. Autobahn is close but we didn’t hear it so it’s not really a minus.

Convenient hotel for stopping on long routes across Germany, as it is located right next to the highway. Check in is very simple and convenient, especially if you arrive late at night. Rooms are clean and simple.

Having a kettle for boiling water in the room would be nice, as well as a small fridge for food and snacks that could otherwise go bad.

The property was good

I made the payment online for reservation but the self check in machine didn’t recognise the online payment which I found ridiculous also saying that my room is not ready yet at 20:00h at night. Fortunately they have a emergency number at the hotel and I rang and they sorted out. They need to improve the self check in system.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Exceptionally clean throughout. No evening restaurant but a really good pasta/pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk. Handy drinks machine in the lobby . Brilliant location for transit. Would definitely stay again esp as they have air conditioning . They also welcome dogs

Very clean room and bathroom with all you need. Self-check-in and check-out worked well. Wi-fi was ok; free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very nice: we paid for the room via booking but when we checked in we paid again with our card (you have to provide a card otherwise the automatic system will not allow you to enter). The receptionist realized it herself and in the morning returned us money.

Self-check-in system: it is good because one can enter anytime and it's safe but, at the same time, it's bad because it asks to pay with a valid card. Even though we paid via booking, the system didn't register this. It means, you can't enter the building if you don't have a valid debit or credit card, even though you have already paid for the room online.

It is next to the motorway but surprisingly quiet. The rooms were modern and clean with a queen-size comfortable bed. They didn't have a family room that I booked so they offered me 2 rooms for the same price. They have a lot of parking spaces for 5 euros. Absolutely recommended.
