Perfect experience in this hotel. Everything just worked smoothly. Clean, convenient, airplanes passing above for those who loves airplanes, s-bahn just around the corner. I came to attend concert at the stadium - perfect location for this purpose. Also quite convenient to go to center. Next time I won't bother trying to find hotel in the center which is dirty and noisy. This area is new, clean and pleasant.

Everything was great. Very close to the train station. Taxi to the Terminal availabel from big Hotel next door. Would definitely book this place again.

The only tiny downside was that I did not manage to operate the coffee maker. And when I mentioned this on check out, the friendly concierge, he apologised, smiled and said, that there is a trick to it. Would be great to share this trick with guests before check out :-)

We arrived at around 22:30 PM, but it was still easy and fast to check-in. The room was very clean, the bed was big and comfy, tea and coffee, plus a glass bottle of sparkling water were offered for free. The cleanliness and comfiness were better than the previous experiences I had with other Best Westerns around Europe: here it was mega top-notch. We were taking a plane at Terminal 2 the next day and it's walking distance to Terminal 2, I believe we walked around 10 minutes to get there. We arrived by train at Terminal 1 though and since it was really late, there were no more regional trains to get us closer to Best Western, so we took a taxi, which cost us 10 EUR.

The only annoyance was that they sent an e-mail beforehand to check-in online which was supposed to ease the actual check-in process later at the hotel itself. I filled out the information asked for in the e-mail, but I still kept receiving e-mails to do this early check-in. And when we arrived at the hotel they didn't see that I did this early check-in beforehand so I had to do the real check-in again there at the hotel. It didn't take a lot of time at all at the hotel, so I would rather skip this early check-in next time.

I stayed at this Best Western before (before my flight back to Australia) and will definitely stay there again! Great location only one station to the airport. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely fabulous. They are so generously sized, it feels like a small apartment. They come with a fully equipped kitchen, desk, large and super comfy bed, big TV and spacious bathroom. There is tea, coffee and complimentary bottled water. Air conditioning works perfectly.

An issue that should be mentioned, especially when you have little kids: one of the floor to ceiling windows opened up half way, like a door and there was no railing! I was on the second floor so it was quite a way down! Surely that's a safety issue that needs to be addressed? The breakfast buffet could have done with a better selection of fresh rolls and bread.

This is a brand new hotel at the S bahn stop just before the airport. There are many hotels being built in this area, and this is one of them. The room was very large and had a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The full, hot breakfast was excellent with hours from 5-10. The S bahn is right next door and it is only 1.60E to the airport (each), and trains run every 15 minutes.

Our room had 2 huge walkout windows that opened fully without any balcony! Maybe it hasn't been installed yet? We booked a "Superior King Apartment" and were initially given a "Standard King" apartment - it was cheaper, but much smaller. We caught this error at check-in and were given the Superior King. The S bahn to the airport stops at Terminal 1 - which only goes to Shengen countries. If you are flying long range you will need to take a additional free bus from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 - so allow an extra 15 minutes for this bus. There is a taxi stand at the new Hyatt next door, but there were no taxis at 0700 in the morning which required us to take the S bahn.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We came to Frankfurt to a concert in the stadium and it was very close by ( 1 stop away ). The place was beautiful, very clean, the location fantastic- a lot calmer than the city centre. The staff were super sweet and helped with all of our questions. The train station is very close and you can get anywhere easily. There is also a good grocery store just a few minutes away. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

Modern, comfortable hotel close to the airport. I took a taxi from Terminal 1 late at night to get there, and it cost about 12 euros. (Terminal 2 is apparently walking distance). Check-in was uncomplicated. My room was large and clean with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The next morning, I realised after I showered that there was no hairdryer. I phoned reception, and they brought me one within 5 mins. Breakfast was great with everything you could wish for in a beautiful restaurant overlooking a park area. I felt refreshed to continue my onward journey. All in all, a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I needed a one night comfortable stop over between flights. Bed was super comfortable. I had the best sleep! Everything spotless. Breakfast had everything to choose from. Staff were helpful and friendly. Desk and kitchen in the room. Tea, coffee, gaseous water. Hotel information online in the room. Instructions to get there were clear (look out for the train with the correct destination, I got on the wrong one but people were very helpful when I asked)

As a tired traveller I needed some simple written or picture instructions on how to eg simply increase or decrease the temperature of the room, switch TV on etc. It was a rhermostat on the wall which i could not work out. Our brains do not work so well when we have been travelling all day. However, I still had a very comfortable night!

The location near Frankfurt International airport is perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Breakfast is huge with lots of hot and cold options. We were at the end of a 3 week European vacation and were leaving the next day from FRA so we wanted a room close to the airport. We also wanted a pizza, since we were a little tired of schnitzel, sausages and Goose. Unfortunately none of the pizza places would deliver, so the Hotel Director said he would ask the Kitchen to make a pizza for us. Since pizza was not on their menu, we were skeptical that it would be good. To our surprise, the pizza was excellent and exactly what we wanted that night. Also, the restaurant has a large wine and beer menu to go with our pizza. I Can't remember his name, but thank you to the hotel Director for his help and good nature. We'd highly recommend staying at the Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt!
