It was clean. Loved that there were two chairs and a table in the room so we could play a game or eat. The fruit, cookies and water in the lobby were a welcome treat. Close to the S-bahn and even walking distance from the airport ( 10-15 minutes to Terminal 2)

Room doors had to be slammed to close properly. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent place to stay for a night. The hotel is exactly designed for that by being geared towards efficiency. It's really a recommendation. Parking is provided and if your mind is up for a beer in the evening, one has the choice between the hotel restaurant or some alternatives close by. Just consider while booking, that the hotel will charge you 6 or 7 € per person for the airport transfer....for 10 € you may fetch a taxi without being bound to schedules.

The hotel offers 24-hour coffee for free on the ground floor which is perfect for people travelling a long distance to the hotel and for those who would leave the hotel early in the morning for the airport. This service is therefore suitable for its location and its main purpose. There are a few nice restaurants and supermarkets next to the hotel which makes it extremely easy to look for food and souvenirs. Also, the prices of these services are reasonable.

There is no kettle, water boiler, glasses, or water in the room. The shuttle bus to the airport is not suggested, as it is pricey and packed with so many people, takes a long time to the airport and stops many times to get other customers. Also, the bus would not stop at the terminal 2. It's faster to go with a taxi.

5 minutes walk to gateway garden train station. One station away from Frankfurt airport. What I really like is train services available at 5am. Every 15 minutes interval to airport, so it easy for early flight. There is also a supermarket within 5minutes walk. I think this is a new area. I can see a couple of new hotel in this area. Easy access, just a short train ride away from Frankfurt's shopping hub and historic old town – only 5 stations or so away! Perfect for a short trip. Will stay again if I m in this area.

Lack of information on the Booking.com website regarding the shuttle from and to the airport. For clearer information, best to go on the Park Inn by Radisson Frankfurt Airport website (https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/hotels/park-inn-frankfurt-airport# ). A map showing where the shuttle leaves from Terminal 1 would be useful too.

We have stayed at the Park Inn on a number of occasions for travel to and from my wife’s family in Germany. It’s relatively easy to get to from the airport by bus and even by taxi is inexpensive. You could also walk to the hotel if need be. The rooms are standard enough but quite spacious and everything works well. If travelling with a child make sure to book a family room with an extra bed or else they’ll be sharing your bed. We were delighted that on our last visit there were tea and coffee facilities in the room for the first time. We have only eaten once in the restaurant and to be honest prefer going to ‘The Italian’ across the road which is great. Breakfast is just okay and could be improved upon. The scrambled egg was barely but there was still enough to keep you fed and it wasn’t crazy expensive either.

As mentioned above the food could possibly be improved upon.

Great location a stone throw away from Frabkfurt airport. Easy walk, slightly uphill from airport. On way back best to enter via parking garage and not take ramp to avoid another hill. Taxi though under 10 Euro. Grocery store close by and Italian restaurant opposite. Hotel also sells goodies. Super comfy bed and so quiet give its so close to the airport. Also close to S-Bahn to city centre.

The hotel is 15 min walk to the terminal 2 of the airport, and the S-bahn (suburban train) stop is just behind the building, it is three stops to the city, or one stop to terminal 1. The locality is being developed into a gateway complex with hotels and restaurants, although it is still a work in progress. The hotel room was large and functional. There are coat hangers, suitcase stands, not much shelving but it is essentially a transfer hotel so one is not in a need to unpack a lot. Because of the locality at the airport it is doubtful if anyone would chose to stay here for more than 1-2 nights, yet arguably this could be a good pleasant stay for a business trip.

The hotel had an 80's workers hostel feel from the outside and until one enters a room. It has long dark corridors where motion sensor light comes on only as one approaches. There are lots of rooms but it felt eerily empty. In the room there was no kettle or coffee/tee, one with a desperate need for a wakeup coffeine shot has to go down to the lobby to buy a coffee (there are vending machines). Getting to/from the terminals is cumbersome in spite of the proximity. There is no shuttle service, yet it is a bit far for walking with suitcases, involving lots of road crossings and uneven brick walkpaths that wear off the wheels and confusing signage with buildings sites all around, road closures and fenced off areas. And given the short distance it is just not feasible to flag a taxi.

Our room was soundproof, the bed was compfy and plenty of power sockets available to recharge our devices. The TV was big and we were able to adjust the room temperature to our liking. It was our second stay at this hotel as it’s conveniently located in walking distance close to Terminal 2. We were able to walk to Terminal 2 in 15 minutes. There is also a REWE supermarket and a nice Italian restaurant opposite the hotel as well as a bus stop. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an upgraded room but no kettle for tea/coffee facilities and no fridge. Our room was very clean but the aisles/walls in the hotel itself would look nicer with fresh paint and new carpets. No free bus shuttles available anymore.
