Standard Premier Inn. Reception staff very helpful when the air con wasn't working - quickly changed our room.

Good location to visit Freiburg. The room is modern and clean, well insulated. Friendly staff. It brings what is expected from the hotel chain providing affordable accommodation by providing good value for money. Breakfast is fairly standard, with good quality, however we only used it on our departure day as there is a nice cafe and bakery cross the street. Check in check out was smooth. Room is only cleaned when requested (I personally prefer this way). Their bar sells local beer with good price.

Nothing - it is basic hotel, but this is exactly what is written on the tin and it does not break the bank.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay. Rooms are nice. Location is great, only 15’ walking to the center. It has a parking garage for €15 euros per day/night and breakfast is a dream (you can choose to include it or not, for €16 extra), otherwise there is a bakery/coffee in front of the hotel that has great coffee and pastry/sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our experience was great and would choose it again!

The bedroom is too warm and it’s because the heating is central. We simply opened the window and let the fresh air in :) Other downsize is that the bed is smaller than the average hotels so we felt a bit tighter :( as a solution we used the couch that turns into an extra bed ;)

Slightly better hotel than its UK counterparts in a modern building on the edge of the central area. There is a small underground car park which tends to fill up by the end of the day and you may not find a place if you arrive very late in the evening. Modern design and pleasent bar and breakfast area. Double room was huge and even had a small seating area with table. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. Large bathroom with powerful shower. A 10 minute walk to the old town. Excellent choice for a short visit to the town.

Very clean and comfortable. They even had different types of sheets and pillows to change your bed into if you had different preferences. Delicious breakfast. Excellent soundproofing. We stayed in a room right next to the train tracks and we could not hear the trains at all, even when we saw them pass by. Good location for overnight rest on long drive.

The rooms was too warm, 22°C (and outside it was 15°C so this strong heating was not nessecary). The underground parking costs 15 eur, which is a bit too pricy. Also, the vehicale height limit is 2.1m so it is not suitable for all cars.

Room prepared last minute so they forgot to fill in soap and shampoo... For the rest, good service. Room for 3 persons too small though since 3rd person using the couch, no more place. We had to pass over the beds to be able to reach the bathroom and no space either for our suitcases... Good price but really too small to accommodate 3 persons. Good breakfast, nice variety.

The hotel is new, modern and easy to reach from the station and from the city. The bathroom was clean and the room comfortable, but a bit on the smaller size. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. We appreciated the happy hours in the evening (17 to 19 hrs) and the lobby was a nice place to hang out with a drink.

The breakfast room was a bit crowded in the morning but maybe this depends on the season or specific events.

Great location close to a river walk into town. Freiburg with it's odd gully's by the roadside and studenty restaurants was very pleasant to wander around. Parking was underground although there was a charge. Buffet breakfast was very good with cooked and cold options on offer. There was a happy hour offer running when we stayed which was particularly well used by us. Apparently more bikes than cars and when you get to the town that is quite believable.

Everything was great, clean, comfortable, warm. The staff was helpful (we needed information about traveling to Colmar) and took care of our luggage before and after our stay. The location is great too, and we didn't hear any noise from the street or nearby rooms. On top of everything, the price was super low, even though it was two days before Christmas. All in all, a perfect stay!

We stayed in three Premier Inn Hotels on our trip - Stuttgart HBF, Freiburg and Munich Ost, with rating of the three in that order. This is possibly the best one but the room size diminished it's position to the second place. There is parking available in front of the building but it is charged at the same rate as the garage.
