Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom with good shower. The location was great, close to transport, restaurants and many shops. The one thing we did not appreciate souch was the view of the railway tracks in front of the window and the corresponding sounds.

The view onto the railway tracks of the station was not great. Also, the air conditioning seemed to recycle the air from other rooms and we were treated to smells, from smelly socks to fresh bread to shower gel.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It was a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and I would definitely stay here again. As my stay was for 2 nights, the hotel offers a citypass allowing free travel on local public transport which was very useful (you'll need to sign up to their rewards scheme for free however)

Pillows were very soft - had to double up. Mattress wasn't the most comfortable, however I have definitely experienced much worse

Directly at the train station, which is handy for arrival, departure and getting around on public transport. Having a room overlooking platform 12, I was expecting to hear train announcements all night, which was not the case. Staff was friendly

The staff were very kind and the hotel was very clean. It's right next to the railway station Hamburg Altona but it's so we'll insulated that you can't hear the trains. You get off the train and walk on the platform. A few meters away is the S-Bahn. Very convenient! My friend liked it so much that she's booking it again in September.

We didn't try the breakfast because it was a bit pricey and there are cheaper alternatives at the railway station.

The hotel was near local transport making it easy to get around and a good central hub for us to stay. The room was clean and tidy and well maintained. Also there was no noise from the trains at the back of the hotel

Breakfast was good and generous. Kids were not billed for breakfast. Location is perfect for public transport and just a few stops by S-bahn to the harbour and town center. The area close to the hotel offers many food and shopping options.

It would have been nice to have a water kettle in the room, especially when it is cold. The staff were very friendly and gave us hot water in our travel mugs whenever we asked.

The location can't be beat for convenience to rail or transit, and we were very impressed by the effectiveness of the sound proofing compared to opening the window, in our room overlooking busy railroad tracks not far below. The room was simple, but clean and modern. Having a fridge and the use of an elevator were big plusses too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I'm allergic to feather pillows, which isn't the hotel's fault, but i often find places that have them have others available in room too. I slept on a rolled up shirt. Not a major criticism, though.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Altona, a center area in Hamburg, with many facilities around it and perfect access to all city transportation. Rooms are clean and modern styled and relatively comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was a bit small. You can easily hear the train station actions as the hotel is above it directly but when closing the window it’s ok.

Great location. Out the door and onto the train platforms. Windows must be triple, triple glazed because we heard no noise from outside at all. Great shower pressure. Beds a bit creaky, but not a problem. Room was adequate for our needs.

All was great.

Clean spacious rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Hotel is right next to Altona station, a little noise could be heard from station but nothing excessive.

Rate did not include breakfast, which i thought was rather expensive at 19 euros. There's plenty of options to grab some food at the adjacent station to save a bit of money.
