Perfect for us. We (a family of 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 2)) only needed 1 night, and the room was perfect for that. There was a bathtub which my kids loved. There was a 2-person bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed. We took the mattress of the single bed and put it next to the pull-out bed, and then we had 2 big beds next to each other. The kids were absolutely thrilled! There was a parking garage in very close proximity to the hotel, which was nice. We paid 8€ which is a fairly good price, we thought. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come this way.

The bathroom got pretty damp after running the hot water for a while (however, we were 4 people needing a bath, so it's quite understandable). The parking lot smelled a little gross, but honestly it wasn't as bad as expected after reading several other comments. The camera did get our plate number wrong when entering, so we'll see how that plays out. The table had a few deep cuts on the plastic, which probably would bother some people, but for us it didn't matter. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is quite good —right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of grocery stores and shopping options. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of choices, including many vegetarian options. Overall, a great place to stay for both convenience and comfort.

The bathroom setup is a little inconvenient, as the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. The shower room door also didn’t close properly — there was a gap between the doors and no lock, which affected privacy.

Olga on reception was very helpful and friendly We asked for a quiet room and this was provided The breakfast was first class, with everything you could ask for and more The hotel was next to the railway and bus stations, which were in turn on the edge of the centre of the city. We walked everywhere from the hotel, including to the zoo, which was also very good. The room was recognisable from the others we have stayed in (Rouen Novotel has exactly the same layout in the rooms) Large supermarket in the next building plus Lidl close by.

Nothing, it exceeded expectations. If we had to be picky, a nice restaurant on site or nearby would have been good to have, as we have found it difficult to find anything other than burgers, bratwurst, fries and other similar fast foods in Germany. But that is not the hotels’ fault.

The family room was spacious and clean. Comfortable for a family of 4 and a dog for an overnight stay. Central location for those that need to be close to the town centre and the station. I would like to complement the breakfast service: it was high quality fresh food with a variety of choice. Very nice.

The room would do with redecorating as the carpets and furniture are aged and in need of an upgrade. The location is noisy from the streets close by and the station all night. We had to close the windows which then made the room warm. The air conditioning was temperamental which didn’t help. I wouldn’t recommend this location for those travelling with a dog as there was concrete everywhere and nowhere close to walk the dog properly. We arrived after 8pm on Friday evening and there wasn’t much of a choice locally for a family dinner apart from the usual fast food which was a bit of disappointment.

Room was very spacious with separate toilet + sink and shower / bath. In a way I like this concept. Quite central location. Breakfast was ok and room was not crowded

3rd party parking place close to hotel, but their license plate recognition system I didn't like as access to parking house is with code of your license plate and car plates can be seen from the street. Basically anyone can access the garage.

bauutifull rooms, everything works perfect, enough towels very clean, inclusieve hottub and good designer shower,friendy staff who helps you with a smile. Real value for your money And this is no fake review..i was here 3 days and i enjoyed it...ty soo much

everything was for me perfect if i really have to make miauw for a little tiny thing...put a little more creamers and coffee and choices teabags...but i know 100% sure if i go down i get what i want...so actually no complains

It is very nice location! Very nice people and service! Hotel location near by the center, supermarket and train station. Family room was just very nice! All was perfect for family. We had enough space for kids and for our dog. We had really nice bathroom with bath and shower. Small area with kitchen sink and fridge. And we could make separation in our room for two small rooms 🥰

The room was clean, with slightly odd but likeable decor that makes you feel like you're on a cruise ship from the 90s. The staff were helpful and gave us permission to park in the private car park (for a charge) because our car was too tall to fit into the nearby multi storey car park. The shower and bath facilities were great. The double bed was very comfy. Checkout is at 12:00 which is nice if you don't want to rush. The hotel is well placed near to the centre of town, the main train station and therefore a huge variety of shops.

The toilet didn't smell so great but luckily was separate from the bath and shower room. The desk in our room had seen better days. The children's single beds were quite hard and the kids didn't sleep that well. The tea and coffee supplies hadn't been restocked so we had to go and ask for coffee at reception. Minor quibbles though.

The room was big, the hotel was almost in front of Hannover HBF, which facilitated a lot our lives. The room was silent, large and comfortable, so for us it was amazing. And the breakfast was really really great, especially the Croissants.

One thing that I really bothered me What was that they started collecting and closing breakfast BEFORE the time announced at desk (they said until 10:30, but at 10:15, all was already collected from the stations). Besides that no issue.

Staff was very welcoming and made the stay very pleasant, behind the reception but as well in the morning. Superb breakfast, very big selection and variety of options. We really enjoyed that during morning with my kids.

Outside of the hotel and around garages quite some homeless people and is quite dirty. While travellig with smaller kids this does not give very comfortable feeleing. But indeed is not a problem of the hotel, rather local authorities.
