The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is very good, it may seem far away but it is actually a 5 min walk till the S-Bahn station and if you take S25, in 40min you are in the center of Berlin, very convenient. The Beds very confortable, they gave us 3 beds and a baby crib, the room was very spacious. Also the price is very good.

It could use a renovation and some refurbishing... the furniture and carpeting are very old and they look very used, the walls could also use some painting.

This was our third stay here. The rooms are quiet and kept exceptionally clean with service and fresh towels daily. The beds are comfortable. We did not use the breakfast option (not included), but it looked and smelled great. The hotel is located across from the market place with shopping and dining options.

The parking situation could be better. The hotel parking lot is secured with a turnpike. However, everytime you want to leave, you need to get a token at the front desk which costs 11 Euros, even for guests. There is regular free roadside parking, but it is restricted to 2 hours during daytime hours. The decor is a little outdated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is better than its rating, for sure. It has clean rooms, Ok equipped, nice bathroom and breakfast room. The room itself is pretty big, comfy beds. the price is low for what you get, but check the description and make sure you are not really close to Berlin center, and you need a car or get to the public transport and it will take a bit time to get to downtown. While rooms have no real issues, you see they are a bit outdated, but again, all is clean and in a reasonable good shape

It was better than expected. The staff was very friendly. We came pretty late in the evning and even if there is no parking place at the hotell we find it nearby very quickly. We got everything we needed at the hotell, clean room and very comfortable beds. For this price we paid, we got more than we thought. The breakfast was great with friendly staff who came with lactosefree milk.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the room was pretty massive ! the ventilation was good and facilities were ideal. The bathrooms were very clean. The facility is large enough and fine from the perspective of a chain hotel. The breakfast was very nicely arranged and had multiple choices. The parking was ample and the street parking was decent and quiet. I really enjoyed the sauna which is properly functional and relaxing.

The place is indeed quite distant from berlin center. We had a car and it took us nice 45 mins to reach the center. There is not much to do around this property.

Terrace and parking lot not well maintained, pond next to terrace dirty with dead goldfish, furniture in rooms old and partially broken.

It's a good hotel if you want to sleep over just a night. Super cool interior and big rooms, all clean & good quality

11€ for parking, but that's luxury for Berlin :)))
