Nice design, everything clean as it should. Shower gel remembered me at my childhood - campino bonbons - Breakfast is good. You get a free drink when you put the sign out that you don’t need a cleanup from the room, but tbh i‘d prefer free water.

Rooms are very small, so you hear people passing your room very clearly. I get that companies are saving money when they don’t put up a minibar, also for the environment but 6€ for tapwater (which i didn’t knew till i tasted it) which i have to pickup at the reception is cocky. Especially when you google the company and yes they do something for the environment but the buy price per litre is below 1€. For Kiel, just go on the backside to the Edeka.

Very small room. Would be nice with a small table or something. Not the best wardrobe. Was waken up by the cleaning at 9, even we had to check out that day at 12.

Super service, very friendly and service minded receptionist. Very good bed. Clean and nicely furnished room. Situated 2 minutes walking trip main pedestrian street. Did not try breakfast.

The recommended (public) parking house (ZOB Kiel) for euro 9,50 per 24 hours, is situated a ca 6-7 minutes walking trip from the hotel. No refrigirator nor coffee making facilities in room (not advertised so ok).

We really liked breakfasts, the mattresses were very comfortable, it is not something obvious in hotels as they are usually too soft. Location is great! Near to seaport and promenade, very close to shopping centers and nice restaurants. Great idea is also free drink if you dont want the room cleaning- tea is fabulous 😊 Thank you for the awesome stay!

it's a pity that the bed was two single beds, but the mattresses were so comfortable that we turned a blind eye to it 😊 I think it was said in room description that it is double bed

The hotel is in the center of Kiel. The breakfast is very nice and they have 24 hours service with drinks and snacks. Very friendly staff.

The beds are in the hard side. But besides from that nothing negative to say.

My room was large and very nicely and comfortably furnished, and everything looked brand new. I loved the decorative wallpapers in the room and the (also very modern) bathroom. The icing on the cake was the high-quality soundbar, so that I could listen to music (streamed from my phone) at a much higher quality than in other hotels. The breakfast was excellent and very good value.

It seems the hotel does not expect business travelers - there was no desk in the room, so it was not possible to do a little bit of work on the laptop in the evening.

We got our room a bit earlier with no charge (probably not expected, but it was a nice bonus nonetheless!), and the check-in was smooth and quick. The location is excellent, 15 min to the boat, 10 min to the train station, and 5 minutes to the Christmas market and city centre. We could leave our luggage at the check-out too. The rooms were in excellent condition, everything new, pleasant smell, quiet, comfy large beds, and super clean (nothing under the bed too!). Everything was as in the pictures, no surprises! Great stay! And the corridors were quiet. The room had a nice TV with a dolby-digital system and a few card games, plus a safety deposit box free of charge. The shower was warm, soap was also decent. Oh and room temperature regulation was excellent!

One of the elevators broke during our stay, and breakfast was not included in the price tag (but there are quite a few nice small bakeries around).

The location, first floor rooms and bar was good. also the staff were really friendly. the hotel is easy to reach and it is basically in the city center with all the shops and restaurants near. there was also an EDEKA just next to it.

the breakfast was not good enough. specially for 14 euros. I didn't get it cause I was also in the same hotel in Hamburg and there the breakfast was disappointing. here, my colleagues who got the breakfast were also disappointed (money, quality).

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar after our day/evening out. Breakfast had a good spread, felt coffee could be done differently, all hot foods overcooked (we ate during the last half hour, may have been better earlier). Also need better orange juice. Shower was excellent, great bathroom. The staff are incredibly friendly. The night bartender was excellent! Parking garage very close and not expensive.

Honestly, proper orange juice and would prefer coffee carafes for breakfast.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. If we return to the event next year we will definitely use this Hotel.

The breakfast. The set up of the breakfast area was very small and there for caused congestion in the service. Also we were glad that we did not book breakfast for sat-sunday as it was so packed it would have been impossible to sit down.
