The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic sports bar—great atmosphere, good selection of drinks, and plenty of screens to catch the game. Highly recommended for both relaxation and entertainment!

We were disappointed to find that the hotel’s garage was already full when we arrived, especially since we had expected to be able to rent a spot. Fortunately, there is a public parking garage conveniently located next to the hotel, but it comes at an additional cost of €25 per day. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about parking availability in advance.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, with a perfect position right in the center of Kiel (at a short walking distance from both the train station and the main city attractions). We enjoyed a varied breakfast each morning and the staff was kind and helpful.

The room we stayed in was indeed comfortable, but it felt a bit limited in the available space. There is no wardrobe, no desk, and few space to leave the luggage, if not under the bed. Not really a major issue, but something to keep in mind if traveling with large luggages.

Lovely hotel - for the price you can't ask for more! Clean and modern, decent breakfast with a good selection, free coffee and tea all day, chill out areas, lovely friendly and helpful staff. We checked in really late and staff were on site to greet us and bar was still open so we had a drink. Comfortable rooms with modern bathroom, and lovely walk-in modern shower with shanpoo/body wash available. Safe in the room which was a much needed bonus. Didn't need to use the onsite restaurant as we attended a party, however menu looked excellent. Location lovely too near shops and harbour and within an 8 minute walk of Kiel ZOB where you can get the Kielius bus to Hamburg Airport as well as other buses.

Mattress was slightly too hard for my liking but that's personal preference.

We received a handicap room even though we had none, which was fine because the room was bigger. We pressed by mistake a help button, and someone from reception came and demanded they come in to deactivate the button. Even tho I told them I did not want them coming in and asked how to do it myself. The young girl then raised her voice and said that she has to do it and demanded once again to open the door. There was no need for her to come in as she didn’t scan with a card or anything, she could’ve simply explained which buttons need to be pushed. Other than that, the stuff was nice enough.

The location suited us well since we were taking the ferry to Oslo, Norway next day. The breakfast was simple but good and sufficient

Blurred information about where and how to park our car. We wasted an hour to finish parking our car. The receptionist was very willing to provide the information, but didn't manage to do it properly. Besides, we didn't receive information about how to enter the hotel internally from the parking house. We suggest an organized guidelines about the issue

Very good location and close to many things. Very friendly staff and helpful. Very good a cleaning in the morning.

Not any information about the parking. Very boring breakfast not even a sausage at breakfast I expect that when I’m sitting in a german hotel. Things was abut to slow to get to the buffet in the morning, often empty station in the breakfast. At a hotel at that standard there should be some glasses or cups in the room.

Modern hotel in a very central location. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Decent restaurant & bar on site with friendly staff. Good breakfast with plenty of options.

The reception staff couldn't care less of their customers. The curtain in our room had come loose from the track, but no-one bothered to fix it until our last day, even though housekeeping visited the room every day.

The personnel, especially Gretyl(?)...[please pardon misspelling] ...went out of her way to accommodate me, even reserving a "disability" room for me, before I arrived. The handicapped bathroom was so spacious and easy to maneuver around within, that I felt so much relief and a sense of tranquility when I went to bed that evening. The breakfast was great, as well! There were delightful selections of bread and rolls, fruit and jams, an array of meats and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, etc...surely, any item one could want to complete a satisfying repast was available. Additionally, fruit juice, various coffees, teas and sparkling water were offered in abundance. The ambiance of the hotel was certainly repleat with "Style"...so how very appropriate, the name of the hotel!😃

I don't have any complaint regarding this establishment, as it was a very pleasant stay.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. It was very well organised - the check-in was easy and they have toothbrushes and other stuff at the reception if you forgot anything. The breakfast was rich and varied. There was a large selection of cereals with healthy toppings, soy milk, many different types of bread rolls and bread and at least a small selection of vegan spreads in addition to jam. Additionally, they have eco-certified soap in the bathrooms. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I didn't like the fact that there was carpet in the rooms, but it didn't detract from the stay.

Always help to find in the reception, good food in the restaurant, modern and nice rooms

The beds are hard, not very comfortable and the chrome cast on tv did not work. Would have perfected that breakfast was lasting a bit longer.
