We were the group of 9 people for 9 days on FIBO exhibition so I can tell a lot about hotel. the obvious things are that hotel is brand new, with a lot of style, You just feel very good in those interiors. at first I thought it is more for young people, as the first day we came I felt a bit like in student house but in the good meaning of course, there was lot of young smiling people ( in neighborhood there was some concert at that day). The next day I saw a lot of business guests as well and even older people so whenever you wonder if this profile of hotel is suitable for you the answer is YES, all kind and all types of guest will feel comfortable in Moxy not only young people. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there is a bar open 24h where in case you can order even some pizzas at night so it is great. In same building next door there is high quality burgers restaurant, and just the next building 50 meters of walk there are stylish and tasty Asian and Italian restaurants with reasonable prices. we were 2 time each restaurant on business dinner. for me it was really helpful we did no need to take taxi after the whole day of hard work. the rooms with super comfortable bed all brand new.... THE BEST AND MOST IMPORTANT I left for the end. SUPER FIRENDLY AND SUPER HELPFULL Anna – front desk supervisor. That girl made our stay exceptional. I travel a lot and I never met so helpful person in any hotel. Gold medal for her. Starting from registration, rebooking, payments she helped me with that all. She helped us event with parking space outside the hotel as we had 3 bigger trucks. She took care of us for the whole period of time we were there. Basically the hotel motto is that client need to relax and do not worry about anything, they solve all your problems. I love the idea and for sure for next year we will come back to Moxy Mulheim – so good memories.

the breakfest was just OK, It is not that we did not like it but after one week a bit monotiniuous I would call it just a good standard but nothing else. there is no prosseco for braekfest if you now what I mean :)

Chose Moxy Mülheim due to a concert at Palladium, which was in the end so convenient. It takes a bit time to get to the central parts of Köln, but what I was looking for was not in this regard. That is why I had no issue with that, but for those who are looking for a place to get access to the city faster, consider the transportation. Other than that, the location has many options for food, mainly Turkish and there is even a Turkish meat restaurant located under the hotel. Also, the hotel provides you with drinks and food at your own cost whenever you ask for it.

Housekeeping procedure in the mornings is unfortunately loud. Staff is talking on the phone during it and you hear the noises even if when you are in your room. It is not necessarily the quietest process.

I am really fond of the Moxy hotels by now and not only because there is a small kiosk near the bar that is far better than having a minibar or room service. The rooms and lobby are clean and stylish and the staff in every location so far has been absolutely lovely. A plus is also having the bar manned at all times, we noticed here the bar also makes pizza and nachos after 11pm still and everything looked delicious. Even as their parking was full, we were directed to a other option and enjoyed spending some of our time in the fun furniture around the lobby. The meeting rooms look very nice as well. All in all, the perfect hotel for a short stay in a quiet area, especially if you are visiting for a concert at the Palladium, which is 6mins away on foot.

purity the receptionist was super nice and very helpful. Almir’s was not helpful and quite honestly rude.

you have to ask on check in - fir your room to be cleaned. if you do not - you will return to an unmade room and wet towels. Then as I had to you come down in you pjs to ask for dry towels. Almir’s told me it’s written in the lift. Apparently it is to “save to save the environment “ But clearly it’s ok to have hundreds of lights on throughout the hotel! Work that out!!!

We really liked the modern environment, the reception and the relaxation area with very comfortable and nice tables and sofas also equipped with entertainment such as table football or board games. The hotel also provides a new small but well-stocked gym. The very spacious rooms, tastefully furnished, are well soundproofed and clean with super comfortable beds. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, they also offer a varied breakfast at a fair price, everything was perfect... we had a great weekend! p.s. there is also the opportunity to park in their internal parking if there is space.

at that moment there were works around the nearest tram stop and works on the same line that leads to the centre, it was the only flaw, wasting time getting to and from the centre. Hope everything is fixed next time we visit

Great location! 5 minute walk to Palladium - we visited for a concert and stayed 3 nights to explore Cologne. Next to the property - a bakery, a supermarket, kiosk, asian restaurant, a fast food place and bus/tram stops - all within 5 minutes walk!

We havent had a single visit from housekeeping in 3 days. The room was very clean, but not having a single room visit in 3 days from houaekeeping (to throw away trash, change towels) was rather annoying.

Typical Moxy hotel with modern, trendy design; our room was clean, quiet and in good condition; airconditioning is quiet and works well; breakfast was okay, but not great with limited options; parking underneath the hotel was clean and easily accessible; some restaurants very close to the hotel.

It lacks a bit of the energy and easygoing nature of other Moxy hotels; not the best location if you want to explore Cologne.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our experience truly relaxing. A special shoutout to Mehdi (I hope I spelled the name right), who checked us in late at night and welcomed us with a big smile and went out of his way to be kind and helpful throughout our visit. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay!

The hotel is perfectly located if you're going to a show at the Palladium or just trying to stay in Cologne while spending less money since the city centre is only a few tram stops away. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was bigger than expected and equipped with everything we needed, and the area was quiet at night. Also, the staff was super friendly!

Breakfast was too expensive for what little choice there was. I've paid for cheaper breakfast with more options, but that's really the only downside.

The atmosphere is amazing, the breakfast is very delicious (but a bit overpriced I think), the concept of the hotel is cool, the stuff is very friendly

We didn’t really like the sliding door to the bathroom, since we were traveling with a 1-year-old, and for her, the door became a bit of a toy whenever someone wanted to use the bathroom — but it wasn’t a big deal😃
