The location for any event at Koelnmesse is impeccable. The lobby is stylish and grand and the reception area is delightful with a coffee machine, water, sweets and apples and in our case also a fridge with energy drinks due to the nature of the event. There was always ample space in the bar area, the garage was very easy to use and we had no issue having a space while we were there.

The AC in the room was the only downside. We did not manage to switch it off and it kept raising it's fan level. We may have been able to ask at the front desk to have it turned off, but in the end we decided to leave in the middle of the night of our last night as I had already ended up with a cold from the first night in the room.

Great hotel with modern facilities. Spotlessly clean. The Staff were nice and warm. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is very close to Lanxess Arena and as well as Messe Station. The breakfast was exhaustive, but could have been replenished faster. I saw lot of people enjoying the bar at night after the concert. The lobby area was massive, as was the breakfast place.

My room was on first floor near the highway, so I heard the vehicles all the time. If you are sensitive to sounds, please consider rooms (not standard ones) on upper floors. The room wasnt cool enough, but I think that is something of a personal preference. I read a review earlier here as well, but the sinks in the bathroom does not flush out water instantly.

A big bonus was the underground garage (20 EUR/day) where we left our car. The hotel is modern and nice, and the room big and well-equipped. We walked to the city center (30 min to the Cathedral) but you can also easily use the tram. The breakfast was excellent - it had everything we needed. Staff was nice and saunas was also an additional plus. A/C worked well. We will be back!

Just some minor things - to reach the toilet seat you need to slide behind the bathroom door (luckily we are of average size). Sometimes WiFi was weak (so we used the 4G instead, but for extra-EU this could be tricky). Drinks and food in the bar are quite expensive and the servings are not very generous.

The staff were very friendly, and they were able to accommodate early check-in for me at 11 am as well as a later check-out at 1 pm. Very much appreciated! The location was fit for purpose (we were there for an event at Lanxess Arena). Breakfast was decent, with good variety and I found it easy to get a table each morning. The mini shop in the lobby area was very handy to pick up snacks/drinks as there's not much else nearby.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked on arrival and continued to be a nuisance during my stay. Chrome cast did not work for the duration of my stay on their TVs - didn't give me much to do in the evenings since the channels are limited too. Last thing- the umbrellas available at reception are advertised as free provided they're returned within 72 hours - we used them each day and returned them in the evening, but it still keeps trying to take a charge from my card.

Convinient but quiet location close to Koeln Messe. Clean, modern and spacious hotel Nice staff in general. Comfortable bed and all amenities available.

Overcrowded breakfast area and not enough supplies to keep up with the amount of guesses. Staff at breakfast area should be paying more attention to the food and drinks that need to be replenished because of the amount of people. I told one lady that the milk was over for about 10 min already with people waiting and she did not even care, we had to tell other worker who came immediately. We left the room at 11am the first day and nobody cleaned it.

The room was great, great facilities (TV, bathtub, comfortable bed). The service was very kind and helpful. The architecture and atmosphere in the hotel felt very exclusive, making this stay very special.

The breakfast had a wide variety of products which is a good thing. However, at peak times it's difficult to find a spot to sit to eat your breakfast. Also some of the products are prepared in the morning, making them a bit stale around 10. Parking is also a little pricey. Upon arrival you get to choose whether you want to have your room cleaned or whether you'd like a coupon for a drink. This coupon turned out to be a coupon for a softdrink. I recommend new visitors to choose for room cleaning if they get the chance.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing and very polite. The room was spacious, and I have no complaints about it. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I often choose Radisson hotels because you always get what you expect.

In general, the restaurant closes too early, making it difficult to have lunch after 3 p.m. (considering some guests may have jet lag or prefer a late lunch). The same issue applies to dinner. During our stay, my colleagues and I had to order food every evening, as the restaurant was already closed. We were staying at this hotel for a major e-sports event, so it was fully booked, and many guests faced the same problem. There was a constant queue of food deliveries every evening and night. Given that there were no other dining options nearby, and this hotel is often chosen for large conferences, it’s surprising that the restaurant has such inconvenient operating hours.

Hotel provided complimentary gummy candies near reception which was a nice touch and I thought the fitness center was well-equipped for my needs as well. Also the location was within walking distance to the arena which was great post-concert.

We had a lot of issues with the TV in our room in which it would automatically shut off even while we were watching. We also couldn't quite make sense of the AC settings as it appeared we had to set it to -3 C in order to have it be remotely cool in the room.

It's just enough of a walk from the city center to make you want to take a drive over the river, but the stay was incredible! Breakfast felt more like a real buffet restaurant than a hotel breakfast, the room was clean and well stocked with toiletries if you forgot something, modern styling, and even being next to the elevators, the room was very quiet. The Shell station next door has snacks if you need something they don't sell in the hotel. I wish I had more time in the city, but I didn't have time to check the fitness and sauna, they sounded exceptional, as well.

If I had to find something, parking was a little expensive per night (but seems well secured), and the style of thermostat, in the room, was strange. I woke up a few times too hot or too cold because I couldn't set it quite right.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a good view and plenty of facilities. Good bathtoom with perfect shower.

Room wifi did not work for some reason during our stay and we had to use Guest wifi which had variable connectivity. Also, because of that we couldn't connect and cast on our TV. Towards the end of our stay we also found out that the side of the mattress had a huge splatter of either blood or coffee on it.
