I was very happy that the room I got was truly quiet, except the morning routine ;) when the custodians came walking through the hallways it was extremely loud. I had earplugs so no worries, but other guests told me that they have been bothered. But, thanks again for choosing the perfect room for me, the evenings were super quiet and I could easily fall asleep! :)

I arrived an hour early after a very long travel and had to pay 20 euros extra to get into my room early. Other hotels offered this for free as a courtesy if the room happened to be ready. It created a different feeling of generousity and made me grateful.

Ibis Luebeck City is an excellent Ibis in a convenient location. Let's face it, Ibis hotels are not generally the most upmarket, but this one is clean and smart (well, spotless, actually) with convenient parking and the staff are excellent. They even serve good beer. We chose it for the parking and because it is quite close to the motorway; but we actually found it convenient to walk into the city (about 20 to 25 minutes) for the evening, where we ate at the San Remo restaurant on the waterfront. Overall, lovely.

The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a supermarket in the same building as the hotel, with generous opening hours. Some restaurants in the vicinity. The bed was very good. The bathroom was okay but made of plastic so it was not giving a very solid impression. The hotel is next to a big road but my room away from the road was very quiet. There was also not much sound from the neighbouring rooms. There is air condition, which can be good at summer, at this time I didn't need to use it. Possible to leave luggage after checking out.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center so for touristic visits it is a bit off. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the train station and another 10 minutes to the old town. There is a bus stop close by, but I would probably try to stay closer to the center next time. Wifi was not so fast.

In the room as hot. You can't open the window because there is a busy street nearby, but the climate control system doesn't work normally. I think the price is too high for this type of hotel. At this price, at least outside parking should be free.

Nice clean room V good breaKfast though it was extra 16 euro p/person. I could park right outside F O C wasn't told that when I booked it also they had a large CP at the back . again wasn't .mentioned though I had enquired

Strange greeting from the lady behind the Bar seemed too bored to take my order...was the only small oddity

I like the balkon and I really like the bed. The breakfast was amazing. I will come back and I will tell anyone I know that going to lübeck they have to go.

The air con was not good and it sound not good. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The room was not so big I hope there is bigger next time

Clean, good nice room, automatic system.

Too warm, before we arrived to room, there was heater turned on to maximum. But in the room there was no any air conditioner. So we slept with opened windows which also can’t open full. So there was very hot inside with no opportunity to cool it down. Useless using of heater electricity, unfortunately. And there was a phone in the room which didn’t work.

Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms were just what we needed for a 2 night city break. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Lubeck, 10 minutes to the train station and on main bus routes

Comfortable room and decent range of good quality breakfast options. Secure car park available.

Limited staff in evening meant one person attempting to manage small bar and checkin desk. Bar choices quite limited. Location some walking from centre.

Although slightly further out from the sites the hotel is great value for money and still within easy walking distance to main attractions. Definitely great value for money with well appointed and very comfortable rooms
