I loved the friendliness of the staff...the radio channel and how clean the hotel was .

My only problem was the the other guests . I know it's not their fault ...the guy next door kept going down in the lift. Maybe to smoke. He kept fumbling with his keys. The doors lock automatically. He must have used the lift four times as I was trying to get to sleep. And then making lots of noise with his keys. Apart from that...my room was very comfortable and relaxing. The toilet was very clean and shower . The bed was luxurious. I accept that people have to use the lift . I even don't switch the bathroom light on at night and use the torch on my phone to guide me...so the extractor fan doesn't kick in. Anyway by 11.pm....everything went quiet and calm 🙂

The room was small but cosy, warm and modern, it was clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and was fresh and crisp. Even though my room was next to the elevator it was surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this hotel for short term stays, especially for business trips as it is close to bus and tram lines and about 10 minutes walk to the Mainz main station.

The only thing I can really comment on is the chair in the room - it wasn't adjustable and as a bucket seat it was not super comfortable when sitting for long periods. An electric kettle would also be nice but otherwise the room was fine!

The hotel is very fine or more than fine. Big and comfortable room, very fine bathroom and a balcony, which is rarely the case. 15 min walk from the station in a very quiet environment - this worked very well for me although some people would prefer it closer to the tourist places. It does not have a 24h reception but the staff make every effort to help you check in or out ouside the hours.

The WiFi wasn't perfect. Could be slow and didn't always connect well. But that's a minor thing in comparison to the rest.

This was my second stay at the Hotel and it was as good as the first. The room was very comfortable - which also had a red leather lounge type chair - very comfortable indeed, the breakfast, although not as substantial as some hotels, had a good selection of all that you would really need. One thing I liked was that at breakfast, they warmed up the bread rolls - most hotels I have been to don't do this and they should - it makes for a very tasty roll! If you want some supplies, there is a REWE supermarket just a four-minute walk away. The hotel itself is a short walk to all the attractions that Mainz has to offer and the train station, the latter being very important to me as I tend to travel by train a lot of the time. So, all in all, another good stay at the hotel and I hope to be back in 2025.

It rained a surprising amount but of course, the hotel has no control over that. Anyway, it didn't stop me going out and about.

The hotel is well located in a mainly residential area, close enough to walk to the tourist centre of Mainz, but with the benefit of offering a more local experience. The area around the hotel is well worth exploring as there are a variety of bars, cafes, green spaces and interesting streets. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and has very friendly staff. My room was large and bright with a small balcony that would be nice to use in warmer weather. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious with an excellent shower. Overall, this is a good choice in Mainz. Recommended.

Everything.... From clean white spacious room, compfy large bed, clean Toilet/shower area, to furnitures/facilities specially the electricfan during my warm weather stay.. Very helpful. To convivient elevator, hussle free code key box, no worries if you arrived late.. To accessibility to Hbf.

I can't pin point anything bad, expect the very small detail like a red curtain.. Very striking 😆. But non the less its Ok 😁

I was very surprised at how spacious the room was. It was one of the largest I have had in any hotel. The bed was large and comfortable and the breakfast selection also good. One outstanding thing about the room was that it had a lounger type chair. This being the sort whereby you can change the position so that you are almost lying horizontal. It was SUPER comfortable! I have never tried one of those before. I would have loved to have taken it home but of course, you can't, so I am going to look into buying one for home. I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel and hope to stay again in 2024.

Nothing to complain about.

the room was basic but clean and extremely comfortable, extra pillows and blankets in the room if needed. WiFi available and fairly strong for daily leisure needs(social media, steaming sites, etc) staff and check in/out were all a breeze. the courtyard outside was perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine

the walls are thin so it can be a bit loud when other guests are up and about but not enough that it would bother anyone too much

Room was clean. Location is good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wifi was awful. Could invest in fiber broad band and a quality gaming router which would work for whole property. Only other thing that would be good is if there was staff at reception all day. Normally hotels I stay at there is 24-7 open hotel reception, this is first time I been in a 3* hotel with only temporary reception open. This is not a big deal as long as someone can come if there ever was a problem there is no way to contact staff especially as wifi was not working and my phone was not working either as a foreigner. I dont want these to come off as criticisms as this was a wonderful hotel overall.

Fast response and easy instructions from the property personel with regards to our check-in (quite late) out of the reception hours. Room rather big and really silence. Parking available at a reasonable fare (highly recommendable to avoid fines).

The property is far away from the town centre (around 25-30 minutes walking). On the contrary, the walk allows to see interesting places and beautiful buildings on the way to the centre.
