Location was great and walking distance to city center and and main train station,

When you are staying in this hotel then all your intercity tram and bus ticket will be free , however the hotel staff never mentioned this to us and we had found this out on our last day by a bus driver ,

The location is perfect. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety! The room was ok, I liked the view over the city and the comfortable big bed. There was a full size mirror which I always appreciate. The bathroom was very clean.

The bed sheets were covered in tiny black lint, my duvet was in that all over, but I was too exhausted to ask them to change it, so I don't know how the hotel would respond. The breakfast was good, but they don't seem to clean up after guests frequently. We came 1 hr before breakfast ends and literally all tables had empty plates and trash from previous guests, we had to make space for ourselves. It would be a nicer experience if they cleaned a bit more frequently during breakfast.

A standard hotel with a slightly outdated 1990s charm - but the location is good, it was squeaky clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was absolutely brilliant, everyone was genuinely friendly, cheerful and super-helpful. We usually prefer smaller, more individual hotels, and only chose this one because it was the only hotel that still had rooms available - but it turned out to be an enjoyable stay because of the lovely staff.

The breakfast room was a bit drab and 'functional', so we decided to have breakfast in one of the little cafes in town. Otherwise the only potential niggle might be that they don't have airco - on the other hand, airconditions are environmental homicide, so maybe we should count that as a plus?!

Hotel is 2 minutes walk from Schwerin station. This was handy because we had a rainy day.

Staff might have been a bit more flexible with check in. They could arrange payment before check in time. Because of the rain every guest arrived back 2 pm. People queued because of the lengthy check in process

Very decent value for your money, the beds were comfortable, nice staff and very clean room with big windows to air it out with as well as dark curtains for sleeping. Location of the Hotel is a 1 minute walk from central station

Nothing special included in the normal price, breakfast is 15 euros so not worth it imo.

Location was fantastic for the train station. Water pressure was great. The fridge, and abundance of power plugs as well as the desk were very nice . I always appreciate a shaving mirror too .

Floors were extremely creaky (503). Couldn't take a step in the bathroom without feeling I was in a haunted mansion or something ! Soft pillows, but finding this consistently throughout Germany, so this must be a thing here :(

Location. Quietness. Comfortable, fairly spacious room. Very good breakfast.

Inadequate provision of tea and coffee in the room. One teabag(herbal), one teabag, one coffee sachet for TWO people each day. Space for fridge but no fridge.

I loved the bed matress, the curtains that can make the room fully dark in the summer, the proximity to the central station (1 min), the proximity also to the centre. It was clean, quiet, convenient, super.

Wi-fi can be shaky but more or less anywhere in Schwerin, might not have to do with the hotel itself.

Location excellent. Ideal for train and bus travellers. Easy 10 min walk to all main sites. Price even for a Saturday night good value for money Reception warm and friendly Room spacious quiet good outlook. Dated but very comfortable. Super clean Wifi excellent stable

For those that are sensitive to fragranced products note that room had strong smell from cleaning products. Still present the following morning.

The location is perfect, the hot shower, WIFI and breakfast. Staff members are friendly in a German way. They did everything to make my stay comfortable. They even have a storage for suitcases in case one has pending meetings on the day they are checking out.

The pillows were a bit softer for me but that is an individual choice. Considering the number of visits due to its strategic location. They are doing their best!!!
