Location close to metro and supermarket

Bathroom and room separated with a glass wall , when somebody use it the other person in the room may wake up , missing from room sleepers and when requested initially refused to supply then after showing them the items should include in room as per their web page supplied , last but not least although confirmed adjacent or connecting rooms advised that rooms were in different floors and then after pointing out that had confirmation managed to get in same floor but very far , another issue was room close to outside stairs can hear the noise from steel stairs when someone use it , overall value for money , positive warm rooms and close to metro

The best thing of the hotel is a very nice quality-price ratio. The rooms are also nice and modern. The hotel offers a nice breakfast with different choices.

The hotel is relatively far from the city centre. However, there is very close an underground station which connects the hotel's neighbourhood with Marienplatz. There is also a supermarket nearby. There is a minibar in the rooms, but I think that mine didn't work very well

The location is perfect, 3 mins walking to the metro station.

Although breakfast was served until 10 AM, they didn't replenish the food once it was finished started from 9 AM. There was no teapot in the room, so it wasn't possible to have another cup of coffee or tea outside of breakfast hours. During our 4-day stay, we were provided with only one bottle of water. The bed was uncomfortable.

2 night stay only to see the opening game of Euro 2024 and also a little of the city. Although a little outside the centre, this was planned to avoid the loud noises at night as well as the centre was just going to be too busy. The Hotel is not far from the Metro stop, it is easy to reach and when arriving you see the reception through the doors. The room was spacious and suited our needs as well as a nice bathroom suite. We were on the 3rd floor and although the view is too far for the centre, it was nice enough. We had no breakfast included only as it was €25 per person so instead we just went out for this and enjoyed the sightseeing at the same time. The hotel has a sauna however we did not use it an there is a bar next to reception and the breakfast area.

Bar closes a little too early and i left my bracelet behind in the bathroom, which was found and they kept it aside, when i sent them the delivery note to post to me, they all of a sudden said the do not find it again. Quite poor on that front.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel in general, the decor, the comfort of the bed.

Our check in should have been at 15.00, but our room wasn't ready. At 16.00 i "protested" at the reception, so they gave us a different room. But only because i insisted they should fix the problem. The least they could do was to give us complementary coffee or water, but they did not. Hospitality.... The staff was irritated because of the problem with the room which we didn't cause. I was very nice and respectful to them the whole time but i stood my ground. We were also on a schedule.

Although the room was rather small, it was not uncomfortable at all, and had everything a room needs: a big bed, a decent shower, wide windows, a sufficient closet, and a long desk. Everything was perfectly clean, the temperature control was responsive, it was completely silent, and the blinds granted complete darkness. In addition, the price was below the average in the area.

I would have appreciated some other pillows with different shapes and densities. Furthermore, I prefer a single king or queen-size mattress two single mattresses arranged together. Also, the shower was a bit slippery, and it has no door on the back, so it is almost impossible to keep the floor dry. Finally, the breakfast was correct but not excellent.

Excellent value for money in Munich. Very close to the U-bahn, easy to get around. Walking distance to grocery stores and there is also a kebab stand right outside the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious (though I did receive an upgrade from what I booked, which was fantastic!). Highly recommend staying at this hotel. I didn't make use of the amenities aside from my room since I was out during the day. Check-in and out was very smooth and I was given a key card.

The property was perfect. We came for Oktoberfest and it was a great location. Train station was a 2 minute walk and brought you to the nearest station. The bed was super comfy, the front desk staff were amazing and super helpful. The shower and towels were great and the lobby bar was great for a quick drink! Walking distance to many stores and restaurants! 10/10 would stay again when we come back for Oktoberfest!

No complaints. This was one of the best hotel stays of our trip!

ACHAT München Süd is located close to the U3 metro station, which can connect you to the city center with a 20-minute ride. The hotel does not provide free parking, but there is free parking on the street in front of the hotel. A large supermarket is located 100 meters away from the hotel. Staff were friendly at the hotel. Rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine and free capsules. For your trips to Münich, I would recommend the ACHAT Hotel München Süd.

Very good hotel for it's price. Larger room than I expected, extremely close to the metro station (about 3-5 minutes). Great shopping options nearby. And sauna for no extra charge. Amazing overall.

The bathroom wall is a bit weird, since it is semi see-through. But simply not turning on the light solves this problem.
