Our room was fantastic, with windows and remote blinds on 3 sides. Very spacious living area with a long settee. The spa was very good. The Lonely Broccoli restaurant has a superb buffet breakfast with many healthy options. The location was very good, close to the trains and trams, but also many fine dining options. And the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Nickolas, our check-in manager was the best.

TV is locked up, so you cannot connect via HDMI. The Chromecast just doesn’t do it for the things you might want to stream.

Fantastic development by Hyatt group. Almost can't be better. Huge SPA, posh restaurants etc. The only thing it is not located very centrally. But there is a tram stop right next to the building and you always can get a scooter! I will be back!

Very nice spa area. Great pool with view. Rooms are bright, modern and well designed. The breakfast was good. Location is ok but not super central.

Service. The room service was a disaster. We ordered for dinner, then called 2 hours later where they told us that they had forgotten the order. We ordered again, then had to call them again, where they again had forgotten it. Third reminder and 3 hours later it worked. At least we got dinner for free. Overall, they were not very customer focused and would have just forgotten about the order - twice. I appreciate it was a busy night, but a 5 start hotel can’t work like this in my view.

This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in. The design and layout was very beautiful, spacious and functional. A lot of thought had gone into the lighting solutions, where for instance motion sensors lit up the floor when you got out of bed, and the wardrobe when you reach for your clothes. Very good sound insulation from neighboring rooms and outdoor noise. Breakfast was expensive but tasty.

The long empty corridors of the hotel felt strange, with so much space dedicated to nothing at all. The level of service and knowledge of the staff didn't match the high end ethos of the place.

Guy at the checkout gave us a nice deal on room upgrade and breakfast, probably cuz it's not a busy time and they had availability. Happy hour was great too, with self-service beer and wine. Really comfy bar/cafe. Breakfast absolutely amazing!!! Haven't ever had better in a hotel. The spa area was super nice, though the pool was a bit small considering they're boasting that it's the biggest whatever type pool in Europe.

Not much to be honest. The blanket was a bit weird where we were too hot sometimes and too cold at other times in the night. And the TV in the middle of the room blocked our view of the big, beautiful windows showing the sunrise. But that's about it.

The rooms are big enough and comfortable

The staff were slow to understand and act.. its mot easy to get hold of the reception staff.. management took also took time to act, we had to explain our situation few times before we got a solution to our problem which was uncomfortable and a waste of time especially when you are exhausted from traveling.. I don’t think i’ll be staying at this hotel again..

We had to wait just a little bit at the check-in and we were immediately approached by a friendly member of the staff who offered us a drink while waiting. - Outstanding service! The staff at the bar was very friendly even though they were trainees. Senior staff who was in charge of trainees was also very friendly and supportive.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms well appointed very clean but not what I would call luxurious.

Bench seating in room no sofa and no bath. Electronic blinds on windows that opened and closed randomly during our stay day and night. Bar menu limited food just okay €51 steak and chips no veg or sauce . Breakfast €44 per person per day. No English language tv channels . 5 star prices for 4 star stay. Spa quite nice very clean but pool cold

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The hotel itself was well maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment. Additionally, the facilities were excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything, it was a very well suited property for my taste. Tasteful interior, great breakfast, rooftop bar, service, shoutout to housekeeping as well. Wi-Fi no complaints I stay in different hotels one or two times a week, this one definitely gets my thumbs up

I really liked this about the property but other guests may have different expectations. The walk to the centre of the city where all tours start is maybe 15-20 mins which was great for me as this is the posh part of the city anyways so not crammed with tourists all the time. Hotels at the Center are just too small.
