Staff, location, cleanliness and laundry on site was excellent. We did not include the breakfast in our stay, but we're able to order and pay separately for an espresso each morning, and the coffee was excellent. We added the parking at €14 per night as at April 2025. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation should we next find ourselves in Munich.

The pillows. As Australians we have softer beds than European standards and are used to a pillow of more adequate composition. This is only a slight inconvenience for us as our "normal" is not comparable and it does impact on a decent night's sleep.

Oil, Salt and pepper can be supplied for kitchen The dryer did take long to dry and only in German so I had to do twice. No shampoo, only hair and body wash. The water came out during shower reported to staff who said they will look into it.

The hotel is well located in the semi-central area of Munich, about 20-25mins walking from the old town; there are lockers that allow guests to conveniently leave their luggage without needing to depend on the check-in schedule.

the small kitchen was not as helpful as we were hoping for: there was only one cutlery set although the room was for two; there were no kitchen supplies whatsoever (coffee, tea, sugar or salt). Similarly, except liquid soap, no supplies whatsoever in the bathroom. Wifi was terribly weak, we had to default on our mobile data.

Great service at reception / the café/bar. Good size room - nice area to store luggage conveniently, good balcony. The bathroom was also great. Great location - metro station just outside and only a 3 stops from Marienplatz.

We could have done with a fridge and air conditioning in the room, especially given the hot weather. But a fan was provided which mostly did the job. Some rubbish left on the balcony, would have been nice if that was cleaned better (but no issues with cleanliness in the actual room).

You could literally fall out of Hotel door to the Underground Station, from there you can get to central Munich in five minutes. Hotel staff very friendly and bar/breakfast area very clean, nice little area to sit outside with a drink behind the hotel in the courtyard away from noise of main street.

If you book a double room being a solo traveller they only give a single duvet for a double bed and no top sheet. Disappointing if you like to wrap up during sleeping. Front rooms facing main road a little noisy... maybe think about bringing ear plugs if noise keeps you awake at night.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very nice room, big and with a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and quiet and dark room, the best sleep I've had in a long time! Extremely close to the metro. Nice and accomodating staff in general. The 24 hr bar was appreciated. Close by are both good restaurants, cafés and super markets.

Expensive breakfast, didn't buy it since there was a fridge in the room (which is a huge plus, really). Not one single channel with subtitles on TV, it was all in German. One person in the reception was quite rude, but all of the other ones were great.

Location was brilliant for attending fruhlingsfest. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant, gave clear instructions on how to get the room cleaned or book breakfast for the next day. Shower was good. We didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment on that.

Breakfast looked disappointing for the price (though, again, we did not try it). Coffee that you can buy from reception is in the tiniest of cups and there is no kettle in the rooms

I was in Munich for an Adele concert, and accommodation prices skyrocketed, so I was lucky to find this accommodation very last minute. It is a lovely hotel with a chilling area in the backyard; some rooms have spacious balconies. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable enough. However, the central feature I liked most was that the U-Bahn station is ten steps from the hotel, with easy access to the historic center and transportation hubs.

There is no airconditioning in the rooms, but in this price range in Europe it is a common thing. Be informed if you are planning to stay here during hotter months, window in my room was facing the busy street and if you open it for ventilation it is quite noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and adequately comfortable. Access to U-Bahn is fantastic and the perfect line to Marien Platz

We were under the impression the breakfast was included and were even more disappointed when we were charge Euro 19 per person per day for them. The breakfast was nice but not worth that. Also it would be great if they would state that they are the POCCISTRASSE exit as the address does not help much considering thye length of Lindwurm Strasse.

Very helpful and nice staff, perfect location, close to the city center, just outside the underground's stairs. Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels. The bed size may be a bit too tiny for 2 adults if you like to keep a free space between you. "1 person" balcony with a chair and table. Kitchenette well equiped. One table fan in the room (no A/C). You may like to mind the bathroom size - you have to close the door to get under the shower. 24h reception and bar, breakfast available on site. There is a little shop on the other side of the road.
