It was clean, affordable and services are good. Staff are accomodating.

Single bed was too small for me. Also, they didnt clean on our second day there because they said they thought it was clean because we did our own bed. Towels were not changed and they were on the floor. Reception gave us new towels.

We arrived late at night but the property was easy to find an navigating the self-service check-in was fine. There were coffee machines and vending machines available for snacks.

Not a massive negative, but it would have been nice to have access to a kettle in the room, but that’s probably a British thing :) And we could access coffee in the reception.

Beds were really comfy. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and great there was parking.

Just slightly annoying we were in a room above the front entrance where people congregated to smoke. Kept the windows open all night for fresh air but kept getting noise and smoke coming into our room throughout the night.

Good day I often visit this hotel. Everything was OK, but 18.05. I forgot my cosmetic bag at the hotel, (even their employees wrote me on the booking that they had it), I called and said that I would be back in 2 weeks!!! But I could not even imagine that this could happen!!! The hotel employees said that they don't know anything like that and there is no cosmetic bag!!! I want to warn all guests to take care of their belongings, because no one is going to return them here :)))

Very good location(15 minute walk to the centre), self check-in option(whole day), clean bed, free parking and optional breakfast

The bathroom sink had stains which can be removed with a really good detergent, the bathroom smelled funny, maybe because of the shower pipes because after I showered everything was good but it started to smell again in the morning(bearable)

Super great value for money. We were 3 people comfortable in the room together for one night. The breakfast was awesome and worth the extra fee.

As this is a budget hotel, don't expect much from the beds. They are certainly on the firm side. The location is also a bit out of the way from the center of Essen.

Room, breakfast were good. Location of the hotel is not far to link to the expressway.

I booked for 2 rooms one day to my arrival, I came to the hotel some minutes to 12:00 but i was told to wait for 3 hr before i can check in otherwise i should pay 15€ extra to allow me check in immediately in 1 room. For the fact that i was with my family, i agreed and paid. That is what i do not like.

Clean and confortable, the position i great to reach the Messe - Exposition site. Really good that there is parking place for free. The staff was really helpful: I forgot one of my thing in the room and the have been really kind in helping me to get my thing back with a courier.

very hospitable and helpful team. Cosy, quiet and clean room, great place for rest. excellent breakfast! Relatively close to railway station (12 min by feet), big shopping center, university building and metro.

Great that the room had air conditioning as it was the hottest week in Germany this year.

Shower/Warm water wasn't working on the last day.
