It is clean and feels like home.

It was too close to the road and the noise of the vehicles were loud. We couldn’t close the widows because it was too warm. There was neither a fan nor an air conditioner. We always wake up in the middle of the night because of the heat.

Super hotel with funky decor and comfortable room. We stayed in this hotel as it was convenient for visiting relatives that live close by but I believe it's only a short ride on the tram into town. Our room was lovely and modern, lots of storage space and even had a kitchenette concealed by cupboard doors. Everything was so clean and the host was helpful and friendly!

I cannot fault the hotel in any way. Location would be the only issue as you can hear the tram rattling past. Not a problem though if you keep the windows shut.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There is also a small kitchenette in the room, but we didn't use it. The center of Essen could be reached with half an hour walk or with the Uber/public transport, so we liked the location too. Good value for money!

Nice small hotel with comfortable room and with the ability to cook if you choose (we didn’t). It was our second stay here and we would stay again.

there’s no lift, so can be difficult for those with mobility problems.

Nice clean room. Perfect for a one-night business trip. Met no personnel, however there was no need in it.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Stunning decor, wonderful hosts. Very comfortable and stylish room and excellent customer service. Ate locally at nearby Greek (1 min away) - The Delphi. Great food and atmosphere. Very much enjoyed my stay and will be using again next year!
