The location was very good, just a few minutes by walk from the main attractions. Nürnberg itself was absolutely amazing. There was ongoing renovation but didn’t limit our stay at all. There was one family complaining about the breakfast quality and being too harsh on the stuff, in my opinion the breakfast was sufficient, I enjoyed it a lot, especially the local sausages. Overall we loved our stay. Hotel staff, especially the lady on reception, was very nice to us.

Parking fee is a bit much, paying 20€ per night in the garage is a quite expensive in my opinion. Anyway car was safe and we could leave the car there even after check-out which I appreciate.

This was my first time staying at a Park Inn hotel and the overall experience was great and I really enjoyed it. Nurnberg is a lovely city with plenty of things to do and wonderful architecture, it's a true gem and I had a fantastic holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me some tips on things to do and places to eat. The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road from the walls of Nurenberg Old Town and a few minutes walk from a big transport interchange where you can travel to anywhere in the city and there are plenty of shops just around the corner. My room was very nice and bright and was kept clean daily, the bed was very comfy and I slept well every night and the shower was powerful and very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great selection of hot and cold items. I loved the Nurenberger sausages, crispy streaky bacon and scrambled eggs. The WiFi was also strong and I never lost the connection to my phone. If I return to Nurenberg at some point in the future I would definitely stay here again*****.

Comfortable, clean and well decorated room. Good and modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and it has options self-check-in and self check-out. Snacks and beverages conveniently available to buy at the reception (though there's and Aldi nearby which is always cheaper). Good location too, near the old town. Would stay again!

The hotel has an ice machine located near the reception, which would be great, but it was broken during my stay. Room could get really hot during the night (we stayed during summertime). The AC unit was not able to handle it, but the room had also a fan tower which did the job.

The room was well appointed, the greeting at check in was pleasant and informative, and the free cocktail was a nice end to a long day of travel.

The refrigerator was not cold in the least. 32 degrees celsius is room temperature. I don’t consider that refrigeration. I reported that as well as a toilet that ran all night. I assume that was all checked but did not receive any feed back which would have been nice. Refrigerator temperature never changed. I thought maybe that’s the normal temperature. I tried to call front desk twice regarding concerns and no one ever answered. Someone did show up at the door questioning if there was an issue but I didn’t connect the unanswered call to the appearance of the individual. That was a rapid response but somehow that process should be relayed

Good location, and very good buffet breakfast. Room service lady was lovely, and very friendly and helpful. Liked the infused water and biscuits and other snacks available free of charge in reception. Upgraded room, probably because there seemed to be very few people staying there.

Didn't like the building work across the road starting at 7am! it's a bit early when on holiday to be woken by pneumatic drills.

Perfect location and room size was very suitable plus the bathroom is very comfy.

First when I arrived I confirmed that I booked on booking.com a room with A/C they guy in reception said yes with A/C I said great I want to pay cash he said we don't accept cash this wasn't mentioned, then I went to the room A/C is not working I called room service she said you can use the fan and I refused I wanted to leave the hotel but the lady unfortunately I don't remember her name found another room with better size and A/C and we switched she was very helpful and wanted to do anything to keep us she deserves the best. I also have a small request I could find hotel slippers which is bd point for a hotel like your. There was ice machine and it's free you can have as much as you can anytime of the day this was super. I will come again for sure in my next visit. Thank you

I would like to thank Nadia on reception who was exceptionally helpful. Our room safe and air conditioning was not working and she moved us to another room and provided two fans and cold drinks which were much appreciated. Thank you Nadia for your good care of us.

The air conditioning didn’t work. It was extremely hot and apparently there was a problem in the old original part of the hotel. Also it was a long walk to our room via two lifts on different levels.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything. We had a king size bed, which was extremly comfortable for European standards.

The room didn’t have an AC and when you open the window at night you can hear people from the bar down the street. The room was tiny and I didn’t even have a space to open my bag. Also they have very strict policy with check in. I was traveling for two week prior the stay and I got really annoyed with all the emails they sent about online check in that’s sounds “you must check in now”. I got to the hotel at 14:00 ( an hour before check in), tired because I was driving from out of the country and they seem upset that I even ask if the room is ready.

Room: tried both standard and superior, and besides the latter was slightly bigger, the overall experience with the standard was still great. Clean, silent and confortable Position: 2 minutes by foot from the city center, the position is trategic for both travel stays and city tours. We never struggle for a parking spot around the hotel, but you can also park in the hotel garage. Breakfast: great variety and quality, super. honorable mention: 24/7 finnish sauna and gym on floor 6 are beautiful

internal parking is a bit expensive, rooms do not have a minibar, which is odd.

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was equipped with led lights and breakfast table. We also appreciated the complementary coffee and tea.

The staff seemed rather confused. They had no information of our early check in we book upon arrival. Entered our room after we checked in and called us early in the morning to ask us questions. Besides this the accommodation itself was perfect.
