The room was very nice. I asked for a quiet room, and they put me on the 12th floor. It was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is perfect for train travel.

The main thing I didn't like was the check in/out procedure. First of all, it takes too long to check in and out. In addition, they blocked my card for 50 Euros, and upon checkout, they had a problem with the system and couldn't unblock it. The receptionist said she would send me an email ot notify me when my card is unblocked, but I received no email. Their entire check in/out system needs ot be revamped.

Perfect location next to train stop from airport and into Stuttgart proper. 15 minutes to main stop in city. Superior breakfast. Shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance.

Mildew in bathroom. Mattress worn out. Spa was dirty. Mold and mildew in dampfbad and showers. Plumbing problem in spa flooded floor. Floor is dangerously slippery. No service in Spa during weekdays. I stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel earned its four stars then. It does not today

The hotel is very high-quality, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast is super-full and the spa is very pleasant. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room mentioned below

We stayed for three nights and asked for the room to be cleaned on all three days. The bathroom shampoo and soap weren't replaced during the three days (we had to use our own), the towels weren't changed, toilet paper wasn't added, and the trash that was lying around wasn't even picked up. They just made the bed.

The staff at the reception are beyond amazing, helpful, kind and approachable. Breakfast was good enough for me; I had something in my stomach before going. the wellness facility and the Finnish sauna are the best and the whirlpool was a hot tub but it was ok. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. neighbourhood safe bus stop and train station just outside the hotel.

the underground parking is tight, it is like a car park test do your best to try not to scratch or dent the car.

The location was very convenient: right over the top of the station. Lovely breakfast options and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very limited clothes storage; there was only one drawer in the whole room, and that was under the fridge. We had to live out of our suitcase for our three night stay - I like to put my clothes away when I stay in a hotel. Lifts got very busy towards the end of our stay as the hotel was fuller, and there was no option to walk up or down the stairs.

It is a very good German quality hotel - spacious and well insulated rooms, a very good spa with a decently sized pool, etc. and not crowded. We also liked the dinner at the hotel restaurant - the food was very good and the service super friendly. The breakfast is just fantastic, one of the best ones.

The lack of cleanliness was a major disappoinment: there were flues (dust bunnies) on the floor in the room and the spa was a bit neglected - used towels here and there, the clean ones difficult to find, no paper glasses to drink water, the lights were out of order in the sanarium. The general want of TLC, I would say.

Excellent location close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn tracks that give superb links to downtown and the airport. Modern room that was clean. Breakfast offered exceptionally high quality items with friendly attendants. Front desk clerks were all very courteous and went out of their way to help with several pop-up issues.

Internet in my room was very weak. I used the strong WiFi in the lobby.

Fantastic hotel. One of the best stays in recent years (even as a seasoned business traveller like me). Friendly reception lady, waitress at dinner and bartender. Beautiful design. Silent and spacious room. Extremely clean, with friendly cleaning staff. Most comfy beds, 2 sorts of cushions. Delightful spa and swimming pool with opening as of the early morning to 10pm. Onsite secured car park (garage). Dinner was delicious and far better than normal business hotel standards. Good price v quality ratio.

Although dinner was very tasty, portions were too tiny. Minor issues but improve this and you have a winner. Bathrooms of the standard rooms are rather small, yet acceptable.

During my second visit to this hotel amidst a long journey, I found myself thoroughly pleased with the experience. Moreover, the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were nothing short of exquisite, providing a much-needed respite and relaxation. Overall, my stay here was characterized by a harmonious blend of cleanliness, spaciousness, and indulgent amenities, making it a truly memorable stop along my travels.

Disappointing that for this standard of hotel there was no room service ! As a guest you can order food at a bar area & wait for it to be made & then take it back to your room - this is not what I expect from a 4star hotel!
