I love the location, the fact that there is always someone at the door/front desk. Travelling as a women alone it is nice to be greeted and have a little chat. Plus the apple a day sure is nice. I love the fact that they have single rooms.

The room is nice for what you pay for. It's all a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortabel. It's a very old style German hotel room. I got the room next to the elevator, but it wasn't noisy, and they did offer to move me after one night. I would however have preferred to change rooms upon arrival, but after having to try it one night, it did turn out fine.

Good value for price. Decent beds. Very central in town, everything at walking distance. Reception 24 hours.

It was very hot and there was no airco. This is not specific to this hotel, I don't think many hotels have airco. I reserved 2 rooms a month in advance and didn't get them together, I find it hard to believe that was not possible then to organise. Pet and parking extra are quite expensive.

We had a very cool old room with split bathrooms, kind of reminded me of victorian style. Plenty of space, very comfortable. The parking was odd but cool - you drive into an elevator to get to their garage.

You have to pay extra to use their garage. I had thought it was free, but it must have just said "available." Still, would be nice to include parking in the area they are in.

Charming hotel in a perfect location just over the road from the theatre / opera house, five minutes' stroll from the station, and five minutes in the other direction from the cathedral. Characterful rooms with wooden interior and a comfortable desk. Nice varied breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Bed was a bit narrow and could have been slightly more comfortable, but really, these were only small complaints.

The carpet needs replacement and the bath room needs renovation. Room was very small. The underground parking was very difficult to maneuver. Maybe next time will book a larger room

Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect and we love the on site garage, not a given in Ulm.

Staff was very friendly, proactive and helpful. Breakfast facility and selection was very good. Room was clean. The location worked great for us as we were in Ulm for a trade fair. Quick access to public transport (tram) to go straight to exhibition in less than 10 min. Also great access to downtown Ulm and only 5 walking minutes away from the famous Minster and many options for eating. If you come by car the hotel offers underground garage parking at an extra cost.

The only thing you could point out is that the rooms (at least mine) haven't seen a renovation for a long time. Bathrooms and furniture are 80s style. Clean, but just a bit worn off. The other facilities in the hotel are up-to-date and inviting. I do not know however if there are room sections in the hotel that are more renovated (which you often see), so that should not be a downgrade in general. Over all, it is absolutely good value for the money.

Breakfasts were very good. The hotel is located very well, just 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the Cathedral.

The bath was a little bit scratched. But that's nothing.

The staff was amazing. Kind and very helpful. The heat was not working in our room and we got a new room very fast. We really appreciated that. More than that, the breakfast was very good, the room was clean, even if we had a street view, there was no major noise that could disturb our sleep. All good. We'll come again

The building was old, it had its particular old wooden smell, but this depends from people to people. My girlfriend noticed it, I didn't :)

Nice location, very central. We got a very nice big room, with a seperate toilet. We had a view on the church. Breakfast was very nice as well. We parked in a parking garage which was a 5 min walk (since we didn't dare to use the lift as was described in other reviews)

No airconditioning (we knew this upfront), however, a fan was provided! Lamps kept flickering somehow.
