Feeling at home from arrival to departure. The best choice in Athens; I was very satisfied with their kindness and professionalism. The customer is showered with attention. Upon my arrival, they informed me that they were offering me a free room upgrade, assigning me the suite. The room was perfect, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts—we couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were always attentive, smiling, and kind. The hotel's location is excellent; you can reach all points of interest on foot without needing public transport. It also has a secure and monitored parking lot. We will definitely Return. Excellent breakfast!

-Location is a triple + point & cleanliness of the entire hotel property -Reception staff, housekeeping staff are very courteous and laundry is available at a reasonable cost -Breakfast is really good -Hotel is located in the heart of the city center only 3 minutes walk from Omonoia Square & metro station -Monastiraki Square is 8 minutes walk -Hotel is surrounded by grocery shops, coffee shops, street market, bars and tons of eateries. -Must see is the National Archaeological Museum, which is 15 minutes walk -Room and bath area are spacious and good pressure of hot water in wash basin and tub -Cable television is available as well -Wifi is superfast with no complains at all -Wall sockets near bed makes things easier -Safe deposit box, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, ample space to put clothes -With 1.5 km radius of the hotel, everything is at a walkable distance

The location was great and everywhere was about 20 to 30 minutes walk. We didn’t even need to use the metro or taxis. It was clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety, the staff were superb and very informative and helpful.

Travelling for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to make it special, and were very friendly and helpful, even helping us print out our booking for the ferry for the next part of our trip. Breakfast was so delicious, fresh and a great range of options. Rooms were spacious and comfy, with minimal noise from outside or nearby rooms. Fully recommend.

Lifts are very small and dated, but the staff were super offering to bring our cases up for us as we couldn’t comfortably fit all in 1 lift (2 people 2 cases)

The hotel was located in walking distance to the sights and less than 5 minutes to a metro station. It was quirky and different. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty!

Amazing stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable with great mattresses, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious, with very good coffee. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect—highly recommended!

The stay had some drawbacks. The room temperature couldn’t be regulated, and opening the windows wasn’t enough. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rather assertive staff member, which didn’t give the best first impression, though the rest of the staff were excellent. The shower head leaked but adjusting the settings solved the issue. Parking was very limited, and we weren’t informed about the need to reserve in advance, though nearby parking options at similar prices were available.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and pleasant to us and gave us all possible advices regarding what to visit in Athens. They could quickly understand our special needs and adjust. Really appreciated. We also booked a Christmas dinner in a hotel restaurant and it was amazing and unforgettable, special Thanks!!!

Room itself was a little bit old and not renovated for some years, windows not very good isolated, we heard all the noises from the street. It was disturbing during the night rest. Milk for coffee expired in July 2023 (we were in hotel during Xmas time in December), but not one removed it or changed. We saw it already while drinking a coffee, was not so nice experience.

Wonderful breakfast, beautiful property, wonderful location, and very nice staff. The family suite was excellent for our family with small children and there were lots of complimentary (“included”) perks of snacks and things. Reasonably priced restaurant with excellent dinner.

While I have no complaints, the price for the amenities seemed a little off (no pool, no children’s area for example). But it was a very spacious and nicely decorated room and we enjoyed our stay. I think it would just be nice to have more geared towards children (it was very adult centric).

Quirky hotel having fun. Staff are generally excellent. Fantastic rooms and mini bar. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge like with some luxury hotels, it was of excellent quality and one of the better in Greece. I had a great stay.

I could not pre-book a car park space. And while they stated they would note my requirement before my stay, they didn't actually plan for it and I was simply lucky to get a car park on the second night of my stay. Omonia isn't the best location in Athens in the night. I never have any issues during the day though.
