Modern, luxury facilities, at two steps of a metro station. Our room had two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with an Italian shower and toilet, and one large terrace to enjoy the evening sounds of the Greek capital. Fully equipped kitchen, and lots of domestic electronics to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was not included, but we've found plenty of supermarkets, bakery stores and restaurants nearby, in the lively neighbourhood. The hosts are extremely friendly, and we've enjoyed a great service of the managing team overall.

Be aware that the place is located a bit outside of the city centre. You need to take into account a 25-30 min travel to the centre of Athens by metro or taxi. Still, if you look for a great place to relax and reflect on the cultural historical beauties of the city, and stay away from the crowds of downtown Athens, I can warmly recommend these apartments.

We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment, everything was top notch, high end decoration and super clean. Mardi the manager was incredible and took care immediately to correct the issue we had with the initial apt. She is amazing and super professional. Thank you.

The area is not the best and at night it’s a bit uncomfortable. However the beautiful and spacious apt along with the great staff makes up for the location.

We loved this place. It was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The best part, though, was Mardi, the manager. She was always available and went above and beyond in helping us.

The facility can't help it, but the area is not the nicest or cleanest in Arhens. We purposely stayed in this urban area to get a good feel for true Greece, but I didn't expect there to be the homeless people and trash on the street that we saw so much of.

It was my 4th time staying at Lux&Easy in the least 2 years and once again we enjoyed the great value for the price, the comfort and the quality of the interior. Definitely worth staying at one of the many Lux&Easy accommodations in Athens when you are into high quality and a fair price

The many light, blinds etc switches can be confusing. There is some wear and tear to notice but still ok. The area is not “scenic” but still very safe and just next to the metro station which is great. Having a different code for the main entrance and the apartment door would be more suitable and safe!

Very nice apartment, big and luxurious with numerous bathrooms and balconies, good coffee machine, very nice overall! Parking space even looked like a small garden. Super comfortable beds!

- long and complex check in, not GDPR-compliant - had to drive in circles until we found out how to pay for the parking. I'd expect a "luxurious" stay to INCLUDE parking in the very high price, or have an easy way of paying for it extra.

Attractive, sufficient lighting, and numerous electrical outlets. The apartment had a full kitchen and comfortable living room.

The shower did not have a door. Every time I took a shower, the bathroom floor got wet. The apartment needs a map to show which switch is for which light ... it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn off all the lights. There were light switches for the bedroom in the living room. It was necessary to take a subway to downtown. (On the other hand, the station was within easy walking distance, it was only 4 stops to downtown, and the cost was reasonable).

It seems I was lucky as I was upgraded to a room one level higher. Regardless of the room, the apartments are just perfect and exceeded my expectations. I was traveling for business purposes and needed a location close to the metro station for an easy airport commute, which only took a 3-minute walk. The apartments were very clean, with bed sheets and towels in excellent condition. The TV included Netflix and other services. There was also a teapot and a capsule coffee machine at your disposal. I was sent a code before arrival with the instructions to access to the building and into the room.

The elevator wasn't working this morning and was stuck on the ground floor. It's possible that someone didn't close the door properly.

We came for a business trip, after a long busy day the Lux&easy apartment was comfortable and calm neighborhood. Day&evening. 5mn walking distance from the train station (Kato Patissia).

We like it the overall experience and for sure next time the same place wll be our choice. We honestly recommend it strongly. U will find the Same furniture and room size as per the photos. Building is secured by coding system. We really like it Thank you guys!

If you rent car, you didn’t need park in the private parking. Because all around place for free. Near the hotel, you can see so many cafe shops. Just it is noisy. The surrounding neighborhoods don't seem that safe, but if you rent a car, it will be much better. Although there is a subway nearby

The sofa bed needed repairing and the electric window switches were reversed.

I booked the property last minute. What I didn’t know was there was no front desk staff to check you in. When I arrived, I noticed the email to check in but the link didn’t work, so I had to call. Finally I received the code to open the front door and allow myself in. That was the only thing that was frustrating. Wish there was a front desk staff.
