The variety of food was great, so much to chose from at all meals. The meat was always cooked to perfection. The rooms were very comfy and very clean. Plenty of evening entertainment. Staff were very chatty and attentive.

There was a dreadful taste either on the glasses or in the drinks - very very salty, which meant I was having to buy bottles of water and not use the bar drinks. Too far from the main town with only the local bus as transport which meant we couldn't get out to the town in the evenings.

We loved the hotel itself, the rooms and the food. There were bus services into Kardamaina and Kos Town, so we were able to go and explore easily. We were there during a wildfire and the staff were calm, confident and comforting.

Would have loved for the pools to stay open later. 6pm is too early to close the pools in summer.

**Pros:** - Delicious food (although breakfast is the same every day, long queues for pancakes) - Clean rooms (cleaned every day) - Beach towels changed every two days - Free beach sunbeds - Friendly and helpful staff - Shuttle to the beach - Great view and nice beach

**Cons:** - Pool operating hours are inconvenient. Although there's a private pool, it's only available from 10:00 to 18:00, which is a major drawback for us. - Room walls are very thin, leading to noise disturbances. - Occasionally, meal service was lacking, with missing cutlery and cups/glasses. - Located on a steep hill, which might be challenging for some guests, especially in summer heat. - Mediocre beach food and long queues. - Pool could be cleaner. - A lot of food didn’t have a name written to it, for example ice cream flavors or some food in the restaurant.

Personal was great and always helpful, even if it seemed they were understaffed from time to time. They were very attending and friendly. They were great with children. Food was really good (there could be mor options) Good cocktails. The sea is great, clean. There was food and drink service on the beach. Room was spacious and clean. the view of the sea was great. Pool was large. There is a kids pool and playground very close to it.

Shuttle to beach could be more frequent. Hotel is not close to town, and transport to town was not that frequently. Car rental from hotel was almost the double price of those in the towns. It seemed sometimes that the they were understaffed - which caused longer wait times for drinks. Kids pool is out in the open, it can get really hot in the day. Entertainment was the weak chain of the hotel. And it was not a great idea to have kids disco night, right by the pool.

Loved it here!! the views were stunning and all of the staff were so helpful, the pool is beautiful nice & deep for swimming. The property is situated close to the bus stop for Kardemena & Kos Town. The little courtesy bus to & from the beach was a bonus as it’s a bit of a hike back up if you miss it!

There were a lot of steps up to the room which were difficult with the luggage, as a group of women the offer of a little assistance at check in would have been appreciated, also I would have liked written information about the hotel and facilities rather than QR codes.

The staff are all very friendly and hardworking. You can see they want you to have a great holiday at the hotel. The views at every part of the hotel are exceptional. Scenic beach views. Beach is on your doorstep. Our room was out of this world. We were upgraded to VIP, worth it! Beds were very comfortable. You can use the sister hotels a 2 minute walk away.

We had afew ants as it was very very hot the time we travelled. The food for kids could be alittle simpler some of the days. Needs a bigger games room or abit more activities put on for teenagers. Hotel is on a hill. I'm young and fit was well able however I can see how older people struggle as per previous reviews. For us it was fine.

Spacious room, very quiet with nice sea view. Ultra all inclusive and food was amazing, staff were generous and very nice. Only one kids toilet in the main building but a big plus for the little ones to start using it. Day bar with polycarbonate glasses.

Room was outdated, with very few el. outlets. Shower curtain was a bit moldy so we needed to move it out. Our room was at the top of the hill so all the meals we had to do a bit of workout going back and forth to the main restaurant or to other facilities carrying our infant daughter. Steps a lot of steps… impossible to enter the pool area for a lonely parent or disabled persons :(

The views of the hill are very beautiful. You receive a nice welcome in the room. Staff is nice and helpful. If you came for the view like us,it is worth it.

The rooms are not for real 4* and also the food,the price is a little high for the conditions.We stayed at another hotel for 4* and we compared the price and conditions. The rooms are a bit outdated,the pool was not clean in our area( end of infinity pool room 896) and the food was like in 3* stars-not good variety.

Very good food, very friendly staff (except minivan driver), nice location, all inlcusive offers more than enough options. Rooms not the newest but very spaceous and quiet.

Swiming pool could be open a bit longer than 18:00, also snack and drinks bar at the beach could be open maybe until 19:00 instead of 18:00. Sometimes a bit to busy at restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but again staff is there to help you out as much as possible.

The staff are exceptionally smiley and helpful. The all inclusive option was wonderful. Food is excellent. The accommodation so tastefully done - and we loved our balcony leading straight into a pool! The whole experience was such a treat for our family.

Didn’t like the beating music everywhere. It didn’t feel necessary in children’s areas and on the beach. Silence would have been nice and more peaceful.
