The fact that we have received bottled water for free almost everyday was a big plus. Also, we had sanitary items like toothbrush and toothpaste, even a razor blade. The room was cleaned everyday and it smelled so good!

We had all inclusive and the food was good but the menu can be improved. The space where the food is should be enlarged so people don't have to crowd when choosing their dishes. Overall is a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and well organized. We had a very enjoyable time spended there!

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! The food was simply excellent – diverse and very tasty, with something new to try every day. The room was cleaned daily, always tidy and neat. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the bar with its amazing cocktails, and the ice cream were an absolute delight! My stay was fantastic, and I will definitely come back again!

The only downside was the gym, which turned out to be completely non-functional. It’s unclear why they display photos of it if you can’t actually use it. I had to go to a paid gym instead, which was an unpleasant surprise.

First of all BIG BIG thumbs up for the staff, specialy receptionists: Iota, Kostas, Jenny and Mary ! We got free upgrade of our room on arrival ! Also slightly later check-out at the end was arranged without a problem and no extra fee ! And we also recived a welcome gift at the first evening ! - you can change the beach towels everyday - good, delicious food, plenty of choice - ice cream in the restaurant / bars - shower has good preassure, quick adjustment of temperature, good drainage - good pillows (big plus for me !) and very comfortable beds ! - noise isolation was good enough - parking infront of hotel - good / OK location (couple of mins to the beach and some 5 to main street) - good enough WiFi throught entire area of the hotel property - very quick waiters, not crowdy restaurant - everything is clean - friendly and flexible staff - big room with enough space to store all the things / clothes - good working AC - big lobby area with many sofa's to wait upon early arrival or later departure

in general there was not a single thing we didn't like ! Only couple of tiny tiny details which are not that important: - "anti-theft" cloth-hangers (just my personal non-liking, otherwise not a big deal) - gym could be better equipped (again, not a big deal !) - TV could had more channels to choose from, wider variety (not a big deal) - water in the taps & shower is a bit salty (not a big deal for us)

The staff was excellent, kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were wonderful, modern, spacious, with lots of room for our stuff (shelves, drawers, hangers etc). The place was always clean, as you can see the staff continually cleaning and tidying up. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The only thing that needs improvement is the quality of the food. It's OK, the variety wasn't bad, but it could definitely use some improvement. I would grade it as a 9, but I think, for an all-inclusive experience, the food is a big issue, so that's why I gave it an 8.

Just returned from a short stay here, and I have a positive opinion about the hotel. Firstly, the reception staff are very nice & friendly. They assisted us when needed and helped us organise day trips around the island. Seconddly, the hotel facilities and rooms are cleaned daily. Additionally, we received still water and fruits into our room - without asking 😀. Upon arrival, we got a complementary bottle of local prosecco. Thirdly, the food & drinks were nice, with a variety of choices. Overall, the hotel has many places where you can enjoy drinks on a sunbed, has a great location - close to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants and shops.

Personally, I would say that some elements could be improved: Swimming pool closing and opening times: would be nice to enjoy a early morning swim, not at 9 am. Additionally, the pool closes at 7 pm - a bit too early. The food - very salty : some dishes were extremely salty and that could be improved. There were no alternatives for lactose intolerant diets - maybe only if you ask specifically. The lack of hotel entertainment: you could hear the parties from other hotels, where here was quiet and dull.

First of all I want to thank all the people of the hotel! I have never experienced such kindness and warm welcome in the places I have travelled before. We arrived quite early from check in time and waited for the room to be settled. After we ate our lunch, we were informed by the front desk that they upgraded our room for free!!! They moved us to the new building, to a room with direct access to the pool! On the first day we were greeted with another pleasant surprise of champagne and fruit! Everything was spotless, they cleaned the room daily and changed towels. The food was delicious and the cocktails were very refreshing. For the staff I have to say a big thumbs up, they made us feel at home from the first minute to the last!!! I would go back and highly recommend it!

I have nothing negative to say. The only thing that could be improved is the desserts on the menu...

The rooms at the property were very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The three big pools meant everyone was well spaced out and able to get a sun lounger. The staff were also really helpful at meal times as I had a milk allergy and a member of staff (didn’t catch his name) would take me through what I could and couldn’t eat.

I would improve the snack element of all inclusive as it is currently just a few small choices behind the bar. Potentially look at having a full snack bar like available at mealtimes.

Overall, we liked the hotel a lot. The location, staff, room, cleanliness and pools are all great and the hotel didn’t feel too crowded. Also, we were upgraded to a room with a private pool when we arrived which was really nice.

The music in the pool area is quite loud, which can be annoying since it’s playing from the morning until 23.00. Also, the choice of desserts in the restaurant could be more varied.

Overall the place was fantastic, super food, friendly staff, cleanliness, the option of all the pools. I loved that fact that the hotel provide inflatables for the pools, this just adds to the homeliness of the whole hotel

I would have liked there to be more evening entertainment, out of 7 nights only 2 of them had entertainment, I think it would have been fantastic to have a few more evening entertainment. The night guard was a little brash when he was asking us to go to our room.

We was with our family but because of the Laganas Strip, they are renting the family suites to young people who go out to party every night, so there is a LOT of noise in the hallway from after midnight and until 5AM .. You will not get a good sleep! I do not understand how they allow to rent family suites to young people knowing they will party there every night.
