After being in a cruise ship for 10 days and all about seeing Rome the day before we had to head home… it was so nice to land here for one night close to the airport so we should take the hotel shuttle in the morning. We got a two room family suite and it was modern and very clean with a huge bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and rain shower and double sinks. One room had two twin beds and the other was a queen I believe and both rooms had separate balconies facing the pool area and open air dining and bar. It has a very tropical laid back appeal and all I wanted was to jump in that pool but it was close to closing time at 7 pm. We ate dinner in the restaurant within the hotel and had a nice table by the pool. The food was delicious and we all had the linguine and white wine clam sauce. The restaurant service was a bit on the slow side and not the hustle and bustle we are used to in the states but it was a delicious dinner. Beds comfy and the a/c for the second bedroom was hard to figure out so that room was a bit warm at night while our daughters were a bit cold in the other room where it was blowing more. Would have loved to have stayed here and extra night or two just to relax at this very nice hotel.

We had trouble with the card key opening our door and initially the front desk staff seemed to not want to be bothered by us keep coming down and asking them to help. There was another lady on our floor who was also having trouble opening her door too and a maintenance man walked by and helped her and helped us and it turned out there was something wrong with both of the key cards the front desk had given us. The e maintenance man used his master key to get in and went down and rekeyed all the cards and brought them back to us . So he saved the day whoever he was the two at the front desk a man and a woman not so much. Don’t let that deter you though this is a very nice stay.

Brilliant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely and clean. Excellent bedroom, spacious, modern, clean. Shuttle bus facility to and from the airport was brilliant. It can be booked at reception and will cost 6 euros per person, which will be charged to your room. If you require the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you first arrive at the airport, make your way out of exit 4 and make your way to the traffic island which is situated in between the two carriageways. Walk to the furthest point (Right) where you will see a shuttle bus stop sign with the hotel name written on it. Wait there for the shuttle which runs about every 30 mins. For the exact timings, Google search will tell you or contact the hotel direct by email and they will tell you.

The hotel is in the middle of a housing estate, so there is nothing to see or walk to. Because of this, you are very limited to where you will eat. The hotel restaurant is really nice. Lovely food and very friendly staff but it is quite expensive. We had two starters, two mains, one salad, two beers and one spirit which came to 100 euros. There is a restaurant about 30m away called La Lacanda. It doesn't open every evening. We ate there once. Very pleasant and food was good although not to the higher standard of the hotel. That said, we had a similar meal and drinks but it was around 35 euros cheaper. Clearly your budget will dictate your restaurants but both are very acceptable.

We had room upgrade and free early check in. We used the shuttle service to Fiumicino Airport for 7 euro per person. Was very good service. Dinner in the hotel was also very good.

The hotel is lovely. My room had a deck overlooking the pool. Reminded me of a small tropical resort. The bed was comfy with soft pillows. I found the staff at the front desk not always friendly.

Some staff of the hotel restaurant needs to be more polite with guests and have a better attitude, especially the lady receiving them at the entrance. The cleaning lady, although she has done an excellent room cleaning during our entire stay, still, at 7am, when accessing the floor, she should think that some guests might still be sleeping and close doors without disturbing them (everyday I woke up because of door banging - giving access either to the floor or cleaning room). Breakfast was fine, but simple food items (doughnuts or pancakes were not properly replaced when finished in the trays. If you arrive early, you would be able to have them for breakfast, if not, bad luck ... they're gone with the wind, and the staff answer was.... no more. Other than that, all was OK.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, even arranging an early taxi for my departure, which was a huge relief. I didn’t have an extra power converter, but they kindly let me borrow one, saving me from a lot of inconvenience. When the hotel restaurant was fully booked, the staff recommended a nearby restaurant, and it turned out to be fantastic. Their thoughtful service and attention to detail made my stay stress-free and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and hospitable stay near the airport.

We just stayed on night and on end of November. We didn’t use swimming pool etc. but hotel is amazing. Good interior. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Car park. Very good breakfast for Italian hotel. Shuttle service to airport. Well equipped shower. All perfect. It is very near to airport but you don’t hear any noise from airplanes as they landing and depart in different areas. I definitely recommend this hotel for perfect sleep. Total silence even if you sleep with open windows.

We had dinner at hotel restaurant. Good interior but food was not good. It was warmed up by microwave. Italians can do better. Italian food is usually one of the best. They need to change chefs or restaurant manager. We liked hotel very much but dinner totally destroyed our mood.

Reception was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The attractive on-site restaurant and bar served good food and drinks that were reasonably priced. There is a lovely pool and garden. The hotel is close to Ostia Antica.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. We used the hotel’s airport shuttle to get to the hotel. The 6 Euro per person charge seemed reasonable but it took us almost an hour to get to the hotel because the shuttle was delayed leaving the airport and it first had to drop off several passengers at another hotel quite distant from our hotel. When we checked out of the hotel it was early in the morning, before the shuttle was running, so we had to take a taxi. The fare was 38 Euros for the 10 minute drive to the airport.

We loved this hotel! The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The nearby pool and cabana bar were lovely and quickly became our favorite spots to relax. We chose this hotel because it offered the services we were looking for at an affordable price—and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed drinks and snacks at the cabana bar and had a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was also very nice. We used the shuttle service to get to the airport for our flight home, which was super convenient. Overall, the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff made our stay truly wonderful.

We stayed in a room that had the queen bed on one side of a wall and 2 twin beds on the other since we were traveling with our family. The only issue is that there didn't seem to be an air vent on the queen bed side, so it was a little stuffy at night. We opened the door to our balcony which let in air to cool it off.

The staff was very accomdating to provide early check in and arrange for a taxi to drive us to the airport with all our luggage. We were a family of 5 and had arrived from Sorrento with an early flight the next morning to return to the US. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing there for our last night in Italy.

There was a private party so we were not able to eat at the restaurant. When we went to the pool bar to order food, they were hesitant to place the order because they were also setting up the pool bar area for the private party. They did take the order a d brought the food to us in the cabana.
