Francesca at the front desk was great, she solved the problem gracefully, and made the entire experience light and smooth.

An employee at the reception was extremely rude, and made sure to humiliate me for absolute no reason.No actions were taken on behalf of the hotel in this matter. I prefer not to write what exactly happened, but matters of racism should be handled up to an IHG standard. I received a useless message no follow up, that’s it. I wish I had the time to address this situation, but being humiliated based on race and gender is not acceptable at all.

The hotel was stunning and so spacious. The facilities like the bar, pool tables etc were lush. Plenty of mirrors and space to get ready and the staff couldn't do enough. The gym was perfect for a workout whilst away. Easy to get into town too.

The spa was a joke. Advertised spa facilities that we were so excited for and my god. No towels, a sauna that was cold. A heated pool .....that was cold and a jacuzzi area.....cold. It was awful. Also iron marked our clothes

I chose this hotel due to its locality and I must say my stay was very exceptional. I cant remember when was the last time I had so comfortable bed in a hotel room (they are notoriously soft but this was hard, with great blanket and four pillows). Hotel it self was clean and every staff member was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide selection of items so most of the people wont have issue (did not check Vegan/Glutenfree since I forgot).

If I would have to nitpick I am not big fan of automatic elevators ie you touch you card and do not have any flor buttons in elevator. But this did not have any negative effect on my stay.

I like the room, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room has very interesting design - and spacious. Good with complimentary water.

Location is almost an industrial estate - there is buses and trains to connect to Milano city so not a big problem. I also did find the Spa & Gym facilities a bit confusing. For example there was no lockers - but there was lockers, but they didnt have keys available so you supposed to store your valuables in a locker that is not possible to lock.

My recent stay at voco Hotels Milan Fiere, starting on 02-Nov-2023, was exceptional. The hotel's modern decor, clean rooms, and fantastic staff made it a standout experience. The restaurant served delicious food, and the service was top. I can't wait to return for another visit. Thank you, voco Hotels!

It's a little outside from city center.

Modern hotel with good facilities including small pool, sauna, steam room and gym to use free of charge. The breakfast buffet had an overwhelming choice of food including pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and cooked items. The lobby interior was lovely with lots of spaces to sit and relax, bar area to buy drinks, games area for families and some outdoor seating.

The location! We took a tube and bus to get to and from central station taking around 45 minutes. Would the hotel consider doing an advance booking shuttle bus to the centre at a small charge? There are no off site facilities. The nearest shop was a 7 minute walk through a subway. The hotel is beginning to look run down in many areas e.g. skirting boards, wall paper, shower enclosure and pool area.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and helpfull receptionists and other employees are working there. Breakfast is very tasty and you have lots of various food and drinks to choose from. They have gluten free and vegan food too. They even made us breakfast to go, since we departed in the middle of the night.

The only minus is that only one public bus is ear hotel. The subway and train station are very far away. The bus 35 that is near, doesn"t drive after midnight. And taxi or uber are very expensive at night. We payed almoust 80 euros for uber to drive us for 2 km at night. And the TV has very little programmes and almoust all of them are in italian.

A wonderful, beautiful, and clean hotel with a wide variety of breakfast options. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, which is great for car travelers like us. The hotel is very easy to find. The staff accommodated our request for a late check-in due to our long drive. We ended up arriving even later than expected because a portion of the road from Switzerland was closed. However, this did not prevent the staff from welcoming us warmly and checking us in. We were traveling with our dog. The hotel's parking is suitable for vehicles of various heights, which was very convenient for us as we had a roof rack on our car.

I want to say that the chairs were unstable and people kept falling off them. The toilet was very dirty and needs to be cleaned with bleach. There was dirt and dust on the bathroom walls. Additionally, it's far from the central area in Milan and tourist attractions, and there are no nearby restaurants.
