Great Location in a quiet (for tokyo) area. 5 min walk to train stations. Self check in with assistance if required. They also held our luggage for several hours after check out which was great. Public baths were a decent size and very relaxing. Staff all very friendly and polite and were very helpful even with limited English. Towels were refreshed daily but you could also have sheets changed and room cleaned if you didn’t put the notice on your door. Large room for Japanese standards, good sized bathroom as well. Always great pressure with the hot water too. Comfortable mattress. The cupboard with hanging space was nice too. Complimentary cold water in the fridge each day.

The pillows - they’re normal for Japan but they are so small and thin and contained lots of what felt like beads. We asked a few times for extra pillows but they were not available. We bulked them up with towels and the hotel supplied pyjamas to make it more comfortable. The breakfast was expensive for what it was - ¥1800 and it wasn’t very good, but we did not pre pay this, instead only paying once, so I didn’t mind. It is easy to go and find food elsewhere.

No air conditioning option during Nov as they have central air conditioning/heating system. As of Nov 27, they have switched to heating system. However, the issue is resolved by switching to a higher floor and opening the window. The staffs also sent us an individual cooling system/fan to help keeping the room cooler.

Location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to main attractions.

Breakfast offering can be improved, but it may be a matter of taste.

The location was perfect, very close to the metro. We took the monorail from Haneda airport to the end and then walked to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and 711’s in the area. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Staff was great and friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient!

I would like to be able to choose between having heating or air conditioning. When we stayed, the hotel turned on the heating system by default and switch off the air conditioning, which meant that I had no choice but to use the heating. Even though it is cold outside, I would like to be able to use the air conditioning especially when sleeping. Having just hot air blowing out of the air vents made the room feel really stuffy and uncomfortable. I ended up not turning on the heater during my stay which meant that there was no ajr circulation in the room which made it slightly uncomfortable.

Location was great. Room good size, fire Tokyo standards. No problem s with cleaning. I would come stay again.

Only one pillow supplied for each Bec and it was not the best at that. They could off supplied more pillows and of different types. The one supplied had bean bag balls at the base.., really different and uncomfortable.

1. Convenient location - 10 min walk from train and skytrain stations. There's a Seven-11 and Lawson very close by and several other restaurants and eating options. 2. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Smooth check-in and check-out. 3. Room was a decent size and equipped with night clothes, slippers, safe, refrigerator and kettle. 4. Good pressure in shower. 5. There is a microwave, ice-machine and vending machine in the floor corridoor.

1. My room overlooked the railway tracks and quite a lot of train noise came into the room. This was disturbing on my first day, but then I got used to it. 2. Tokyo rooms are generally quite clean, but this one had some debris on the carpet near the bed and also a previous guest must have cut toe nails which was not cleared.

Great BATH my skin felt incredible afterward. Awesome breakfast love the atmosphere. The staff courteous, held my luggage.

Room and everything met the standard. They also moved our sent luggage to be in our room so we didn't need to carry them to the room by ourselves. I liked the smell of the hotel. Not sure how to explain but the smell was similar to their soap/shampoo products inside the guest room. Near Hotel had supermarket, 7-11, Lawson and family mart.

We had breakfast 2 days but they had the same menus. Also, the grilled mackerel fish had fishy smell which I never found this on other hotels I used to stay in Japan. I always believed that Japanese was the best when coming to grilled fish so I was kind of disappointed with this. I could tolerate the fishy smell (I'm from Thailand where I could eat Plara - ferment fish) but this one made me uncomfortable to eat.

Our main reason for choosing this hotel was how close it was to Tokyo Tower, and it was definitely close being about ten or fifteen minutes away from the edge of Shiba Park where you can get some great photos. We started more than one morning and ended more than one night there. The hotel itself was very centrally located to more than one attraction we wanted to see, we found ourselves walking a few times since it would take an equal amount of time on the train as walking. An example being a few stores in Ginza being about 20 minutes walk, or 17 by train. Additionally you can find 7 eleven, Lawson, and a small grocery store called Maruetsu Petit within a few minutes walk. We also saw a few food trucks on Italia Street at least once. The rooms are decently sized and designed, we didn't have trouble opening and organizing our suitcases which isn't something every hotel in Japan can say.

We could definitely hear the neighboring rooms. It was better or worse over the week we were there so it is a bit dependent on the people in the rooms but you will know it if someone slams a door. The toilets bidet didn't appear to have temperature settings and was usually uncomfortably hot. While the hotels location is overall good, it can be a bit difficult to find it from the nearby train stations and is a little more walking than we wanted to do after a long day out.
