The hotel was exactly what I needed, as I was attending a festival locally. The staff, and Maggie in particular, were incredibly helpful when I lost my phone and went hugely out of their way to support and facilitate me, and I'm extremely grateful to them. The room was good and had excellent air conditioning, which was really helpful with the heat.

The hotel has no sidewalks leading to it from downtown, so you have to walk on the edge of the road or across back lots to get here. Google also has photos of a pool and hot tub, which it doesn't have.

Very clean, updated. Did not smell like pets being in the friendly room and floor. Quiet and close to everything you need. Stayed with our dog and felt safe. Bath was great very good water pressure and heat. Nice night to kick back order food and watch tv, after a nice hot bath from our journey from Toronto to Barrie and a beach trip. Same day. Left a tip for cleaner we are a very hairy family lol. Missed breakfast you couldn't pull me out if that bed ! But timmies was just around the corner. We had their breakgast before, basic and delicious !also fresh .Great start for the day. Unlike other hotels that serve the sandwiches that need heating in the microwave.. so comfy great AC . Will come again

Couldn't find a vending machine ! Not sure if they have one. Was looking for something sweet the front desk wasn't open or things not open while wandering around at 10 with a sweet tooth really no one's fault. However would've been nice, to have a late night sweet snack . Maybe it was there I dunno we couldn't find a vending machine or anyone up front at that time Thanks thought nothing against the place

You can’t beat the location of this property. Literally 1 minute off the 400. The room was quite large with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff were amazing. Smiling, welcoming!

It didn’t affect me at all, but there is no elevator. Make you ask for a ground floor if stairs are an issue for you.

Linens were comfortable, air conditioning nice and cool, team were welcoming and helpful, overall the room was clean, but best of all, access to parking lot!!

The bathroom had visible mildew (pink residue) on the grout and a dark stain, appearing to be mold along a section of caulking in shower. Room had a bit of an odour upon arrival, unsure if it was a product used, or smell in carpet, but did dissipate over the stay. Pet allowances are great but neighbour across the hall left dog unattended, who proceeded to bark for an extensive period. The team was helpful once we finally gave up on owners and called the desk, they seemed to have found the owner as it did stop fairly shortly after that.

the breakfast was really good. The waffle machine is always a hit. I liked that there was plenty of protein options. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really thought the guy who checked us in had outstanding service.

I hoped my mistaken booking would be given a tad bit more grace given however the hotel did give me options which was more than they were obligated to. The mistake was 100% my mistake.

Staff were pleasant, and super supportive in that we needed a room change. Very quickly accommodating us.

The only thing notes was online booking showed a pool, and we were surprised to see there was none. Breakfast was a bit limited, and the version of eggs was not pleasant.

Truly comfortable beds and very clean. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great to be able to park right by the room to unload. Really liked the separate bins for recycling. Impressive for a 2-star chain.

It's a 25 minute walk into town through an industrial area (where the hotel is) but worth it to avoid the parking fees.

The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was free. The hotel is fairly close to downtown so it was easy to get to a nice restaurant for dinner. We didn't need anything fancy or hip, just a clean, quiet room for the night and a reasonable price and we certainly got that. Overall, we had a great stay!

Fairly clean, close to 400 and downtown. Staff very helpful ! Breakfast was good .

Room was a bit musty / would help if the sliding door had a screen to allow air flow. Television picture needed to be adjusted to full screen / picture was distorted- eg. Part of actors body was off the screen at times.

I was clean staff was great, I am a hotelier and all was standard and good!! Washroom was clean and well supplied.

There was a musty smell in the hallways and the room, possibly the carpets, when the A/C was run it was much better.
